[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the large size drum, multiple features, timed dry, variable water temp. & drying temp., variable size loads, Bedding cycle, speedy cycle and delicate cycle. However I am really disappointed not to have a soak cycle, or soak and rinse cycle, or rinse and spin cycle. I used to use cycles often on my old machine

The machine washes great and I like the larger capacity. When the unit was moved in place, the dryer casing is very-very thin and easily dents, consequently, the first load drying reflected the drum rubbing against the out casing. The company we bought it from did come out and pull the dent out, but would not replace it. So far it does not seem to have affected the quality of the operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to wait a couple weeks for delivery. Well worth the wait. Very efficient! Already washed some silk pillow cases that my former washer could not get clean and with this washer they came out looking NEW and this was using the same detergent. Truly beautiful set! Excellent Laundry Manual included. Be sure to read before you use the tower.

Our old washer went out and we were in the market for a new washer when we came upon this dual washer/dryer tower combo. I am a short woman (5'1) and many of the washer dryer towers have the knobs at the top which would make it very difficult for me to reach and read, besides this allows your children/teens to do their own laundry and who would like that?? The controls on this are between the units and have easy to read or interpret for everyone! This was by far the best decision we made to purchase this washer/dryer tower. It has a Wi-Fi option that pings your phone so you know when the wash or dryer cycle is complete. Absolutely love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!

I bought this a few months ago for my new place. I do not have a laundry room so I wanted to make the laundry area look nice. I have 2 little kids so I have done MANY loads of laundry in the short time I have had it. So far I love it. I have had 2 issues with it so far. A dent on the side of the dryer which the drum would hit when running its cycle. Fairly easy fix, just took the top off and knocked the dent out. The other issue was I washed a throw pillow and at some point in the cycle the zipper got caught and destroyed the rubber seal. I had a hard time finding the part on my own(which is my only compliant). I scheduled a repair and that was quick and easy and the guy that came to help was awesome! It has fancy features but inside it's still a normal washer dryer that can be worked on/fixed when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washtower 2 weeks ago, and so far no complaints. The remote start on the app thus far hasn't been that helpful, but the the dryer is awesome at communicating with the washer about the previous load and adjusting its settings. The capacity is full size, and is smaller than my previous stacked washer/dryer. The company that LG worked with to deliver the washtower was also quick to install it, without any issues. I'm very satisfied with this product so far. I will say that I completed this review for a chance to win a promotional product, but these are my true thoughts on it.

We recently purchased the laundry tower to replace our 10 year old Frigidare laundry center. We love the new unit. Clothes are done in a timely manner and runs so very quite. It took a bit to get used to it, as it was very different from our old unit. We would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been great. I needed something that would fit in a small space but also would be of good quality and efficiency. This tops the list for both. I love the speed wash option on this. It washes clean everytime. I’m so happy with LG that I’ve recommended it for my parents who just moved to a new home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this tower washer/dryer, and for the last few weeks I am actually looking forward to doing the laundry! Love the sleek design, and can definitely see the difference in how clean the clothes come out. The dryer is very efficient and doesn’t require extra runs to completely dry the laundry.
