[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised by the smooth efficient and quiet operation of these tower appliances . I have 65 Never before used a front loader in 65 years of doing laundry! It was smooth, not awkward as I expected. Energy efficient and uses less water. Not too sophisticated for a senior user like myself. Instructions on the appliance easy to follow and read. These appliances neatly fit in our senior suite in our son’s home. We have since ordered other lg products for our new space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new washer and dryer and the fact that I can use less detergent. I would recommend however a different way to remove excess water from bottom valve. It is difficult for me to get down on my hands and knees to remove water from valve. I am also unsure of how often I have to remove the water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift from our son and his girlfriend. As well as having lovely styling, it is a joy to use. Coming from a simpler machine, my wife was concerned that this LG might be too complicated for her. Instead, she is loving it and the great washing and drying that it does so easily. Really good engineering. We would recommend this LG without reservations.

I bought this for a condo renovation, mainly for its trim size, but both the washer and dryer have a large capacity, work very well and do not make a lot of noise when running. The controls are in the middle of the stack which is so convenient. It has taken me a little time to figure out how to adjust temperature, spin cycle, etc. with some of the preprogrammed features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been successful downloading the wifi, so the extra cycles are not available to me. There has been 4 times that I’ve started the washer and it’s gone through the cycles, played its “finished tune” and I open the door and the clothes are completely dry. I’ve had a plumber look at the hook up and all seems to be ok there. If this continues I guess I will call LG, but there isn’t consistency to when this happens. Also, whenI put a few items (2-3) in the dryer it claims to be finished when it is not, I can’t control the increased amount of minutes the 2 or 3 items might need to finish, so I restart it and after a few minutes it thinks it’s finished. In conclusion the machine is pretty and space saving, but that’s all the positive I can say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the LG wash Tower. Full sized appliances in a convent compact and modern style. Love the feature that the dryer automatically chooses the dry cycle after a wash cycle. But you can change it if you wish. Only flaw, the washer seal cracked after six months - no worries, LG fixing it under warranty. Seems to be a common flaw. Newer machines probably have already been fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our W/D to this LG tower a few weeks ago and I’m in love. I didn’t realize how outdated my current ones were until I got this. I can wash and dry my delicates without worry about the affect on fabric. Stains disappear. And it’s so quiet you can’t hear it until the lovely chime goes off telling you the cycle is complete! On top of that we saved so much space by going to a tower vs separate units. We now have room to build out a laundry station. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy I did! It makes washing clothes so much easier with pre determined settings to choose from. Plus, the little jingle that plays when the load is done is just fun.

We purchased the new laundry center mainly because our laundry closet was so small that we wanted to make better use of the space. Our old set was not worn out but we weren’t happy with the cleaning of our clothes due to low energy requirements. So far we are very pleased with how well the new set cleans our clothes. It is easy to use and looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered the washtower in late February and it was delivered and installed on March 31, 2022. There were 2 small dents on the left side of the washtower but caused no issues with the operation of the machines. The washer & dryer are working very well. The controls are easy to use and the cloths are coming out clean and ind in good condition. I am very happy with the washtower and it looks good in the room.
