Purchased 7/2021 and has been trouble free. Several issues I have are with electronic controls. 1. when wash completes the well drained items are STUCK to the drum, a simple end of cycle tumble for several minutes would leave all items available at bottom of drum instead of having to extricate much from sides. 2. Ease of wash/dry modifications is wack-o you can choose some programs, but they are not completely tailorable to my needs and often lock out areas (Hot, Cold, Spin, Temp etc.) outside of pre-sets. You must find your way through download-able menus that also have odd limits to tailoring a desired wash or dry. Likely program written by non users. Wifi unstable and frustrating to reenable after disrupted.
Don't waste your money
Brand new dryer throwing d90 codes even with vent disconnected meaning it's an obvious problem with the dryer itself. What a waste of money. Do not buy. LG support trys to tell me it's my duct work, but again the error persists even when the vent is unplugged, meaning it's a problem with the dryer itself. They are no help.

We recently received our washer dryer tower. We very much are enjoying its operation. It is quiet and it’s sleek modern tech look fits our ideas of how our home should look. LG ThinQ app SUCKS!!!, machine is great.
I love this machine with the exception that most of the wash cycles are in the Cloud and the app is designed by engineers not users. The cycles are hidden in some submenu. "Wash Cycles" should be a clear link on the first screen you see when you push on the tower. If some condition(s) like "Power on the washer" etc. must be met when you select "Wash Cycles" a pop-up should tell you. what to do,

Dryer:additional parts needed during installation?
I have purchased the WKGX200HWA and it will soon be delivered. I was reading the INSTALLATION manual and it indicated the DRYER requires a DRAIN HOSE & CONNECTING SUPPLY HOSE that are NOT supplied. Is this true? If yes, what are the specifications/part numbers for these items?

Large capacity quiet pair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the WashTower for just a month now, so far it's been great. Large capacity which is great for our family of 5. It's a replacement for a LG Washer and LG Dryer with pedestals, they were 10 years old, still working great, but my laundry room is small, the old washer was actually blocking a door. And now with the dryer on top of the washer I was able to get some countertop space, loving my new laundry room, such a small change made a huge impact. I must say having washer and dryer side by side on pedestals were great, I do find myself having to bend down a lot more. To access different cycles you need an app on the phone, which I've actually been liking it, at first I said I didn't need an app for a washing machine.

Having them placed in the middle of the unit, is so convenient! Overall it had been a great purchase. This is our first LG appliance purchase. We are very pleased!
Works Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stack Nov. 9 of last year and my wife and I really love it. It has a larger capacity than our old stack and it has a shorter depth, more space in the laundry room. The only complaint I have is the control panel is not low vision friendly. If this was better I would have given 5 stars.
Time Saver!

Doesn’t wash at all. Barely gets clothes wet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never ever write bad reviews but I was trying to give this machine a chance. We bought it in 2021 so at first thought it was user error. This machine barely provides any water even on the heaviest setting and constantly collects the dirt and scum in the lining of the machine it’s actually disgusting!
