My LG Tower is the best washer and dryer that I've ever purchased. I don't think it can get better than this. I guess I could wish for a place inside the washer to store laundry detergent and dispense when washing as needed. The washer communicates the settings with the dryer, so all you have to do is start the dryer. I must warn you this unit is very heavy, which is good to prevent the unit from being tipped over. I'm not a big fan of the download settings, but that is just me. I do it on occasion

This was the 1st major purchase of our home and has now become the most regretful one. After researching many other brands & models we found this one to be the perfect 1 for our new home. Which also included the customer service from LG that we were looking for leading us to make this purchase. But after only 6 months of owning the appliances we have now experienced multiple issues with the washer and dryer. These issues did create an inconvenience. But after reviewing the quality of customer service LG would provide we were assured it would be resolved effectively. Which has not been the case since we have reported the issue to LG. We have now been without washer and dryer for over a month. Which is now also cost us additional out of pocket expenses and inconvenience. By having to wash at the laundromat, during this long overdue experience from this purchase from LG. The repairman has visited several times with each repair not finding any solution. Instead of replacing into brand new ones without issues. We are now going into 2 months of waiting for replacement parts with new appliances that we should not have these type of troubles with this soon. To add insult to injury the rest of our brand new appliances we have purchased for our kitchen and home are also LG as well. Which is very concerning being if we have any issues with those appliances that this is the type of customer service we will receive in turn. I feel that this may be the last time we will ever purchase LG if this matter is not corrected very soon. I truly hope LG can expedite & resolve this matter to regain my assurance in products, customer service, & brand.

The only flaw is that each setting has a specific range of how hot or cold you can make the water or how fast you can make it spin, so you wind up choosing a different cycle than you might expect just to get the flexibility you need. For example, the normal cycle is actually one of the least flexible cycles. The one thing that is really frustrating is they do not allow you to purchase an extended warranty for this unit. I wish I would have known that ahead of time...

Had optional side vent available for close area. That sealed the deal for me because our location for the appliance was limited space. Wife is short and would have required a step to reach the controls. These controls remove that need. Very smart.

Easy to use app. Really like the quality of washing. I would like to see a feature added to the app for a scheduled end-time for washing, rather than a scheduled start-time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the WKEX200HBA wash tower and professional install and the new dryer doesn’t work right out of the box. Hope this is not a sign of things to come. So now have to wait another week to get the new unit and take this new unit back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy that I chose this washing machine. Was looking for HE washer small enough to fit my space, with a good capacity. Among the few options in the market this was the best. Great wash and looks good too! Pricey, but worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer/dryer combo for almost a month now. It far surpasses my old unit. It’s easy to use and does a great job getting the clothes clean. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t want to process tide pods, so I have had to go back to liquid. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new washer/dryer.

Generally, the unit does a great job of cleaning and drying laundry. I wish I could change the side of the hinge, I.e., reverse the door. Also, it would be nice to have an optional stand to raise the unit up a little. It is pretty low to the ground.

Great unit. little problem with the mother board after 2 years but LG was awesome in resolving this issue with prompt and VERY knowledgeable service! done in less than a day. Unit works great and no issues at all with the washer. would 100% buy this again from LG. Seems all my LG equipment has good quality. Something very hard to find these day!
