It became apparent that the old washer/ dryer stacked appliances would need soon need replacement. Upon seeing this handsome unit and having done some research, this became an easy choice. The older unit "told" you when it was working. This new combo unit announces its end of cycle with pleasant, musical tones. Otherwise it is surprisingly quiet. This family of five, finds that this handsome appliance, easily keeps up with our laundry demands, efficiently and quietly. Added bonus: It looks Awesome!

I bought the LG tower and I am so sorry I did. The user has too little control. My previous washer allowed extra rinse on every load...important to me due to very sensitive skin. This washer only allows extra rinse on certain loads. The dryer doesn’t allow extra time to be added. My towels were damp at the end of the cycle and every time I tried to restart, dryer shut off. I am so very frustrated that I spent so much money on a product that doesn’t come close to meeting my needs.

This was the 1st major purchase of our home and has now become the most regretful one. After researching many other brands & models we found this one to be the perfect 1 for our new home. Which also included the customer service from LG that we were looking for leading us to make this purchase. But after only 6 months of owning the appliances we have now experienced multiple issues with the washer and dryer. These issues did create an inconvenience. But after reviewing the quality of customer service LG would provide we were assured it would be resolved effectively. Which has not been the case since we have reported the issue to LG. We have now been without washer and dryer for over a month. Which is now also cost us additional out of pocket expenses and inconvenience. By having to wash at the laundromat, during this long overdue experience from this purchase from LG. The repairman has visited several times with each repair not finding any solution. Instead of replacing into brand new ones without issues. We are now going into 2 months of waiting for replacement parts with new appliances that we should not have these type of troubles with this soon. To add insult to injury the rest of our brand new appliances we have purchased for our kitchen and home are also LG as well. Which is very concerning being if we have any issues with those appliances that this is the type of customer service we will receive in turn. I feel that this may be the last time we will ever purchase LG if this matter is not corrected very soon. I truly hope LG can expedite & resolve this matter to regain my assurance in products, customer service, & brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy that I chose this washing machine. Was looking for HE washer small enough to fit my space, with a good capacity. Among the few options in the market this was the best. Great wash and looks good too! Pricey, but worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They tout high tech WiFi connectivity, but they have made it far more complicated than it needs to be. They do not answer phones, chat or email. Once connected you find out that the only way to communicate with the machine remotely is if you manually turn on the remote feature each time you want to use it. It’s like requiring one to manually turn on ones TV before being able to use the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could possibly be the BEST washer/dryer EVER. The ease of operation is surprising. It sings and it visually stunning. Very pleased from the time of purchase, to deliver and installation. I required a new electrical outlet and after the electrician took care of it LG delivery company came out a second time and finished the installation. Will definitely be recommending this product to anyone who will listen. Just fabulous!!

Just bought this combo in order to save space. It washes and dries well. It does not allow choices, which had I known, I would have not chosen it. I use cold water for most washes; the only way I can get cold water is to wash everything as delicate. A normal load is only washable with hot water and hot dryer. If you are shopping, pay attention to features. Wish I had.

Well this stacked set is better than my former stand alone set that cost twice as much. Drying time is so quick and washer is HUGE! Could not be happier with this. Bonus, I get constant comments on how beautiful my washer and dryer are so I no longer hate that my laundry closet is visible.

This unit was purchased to replace a broken washer. It was on sale for a great price. I should have done some research. The washer has a sanitize cycle that can not be deactivated. When washing with cold water, clothes are sanitized at the end and are hot and very wrinkled. The dryer, even on the hottest setting does not get the wrinkles out of the clothes. I have never had a problem with clothes being wrinkled after drying in any machine I’ve ever used. I’m 55 and have used multiple types of washers and dryers. I hope I save someone a headache and more clothes to iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve seen some reviews which read like a book, and that’s kind of suspish, so I’m going to lay this out there. We bought a new home and needed a new W/D since the sellers were taking theirs and we were leaving ours at our previous house. I figured for the price of the front-loaders we would need in the space, I’d try this one. I’m truly loving an appliance! Between my clothes feeling more clean than ever before from the old W/D, to the app with some pretty cool settings for any of our laundry loads, this thing is awesome. Even our 3 year old enjoys the chimes and helping out by pushing buttons to start it. We have 2 large black dogs and their sheets for their bed come out clean every time and I just have to do a quick self-clean mode and it’s like the fur never happened. Seriously, get this thing. I want to enclose it in our small utility room with some sort of storage unit but I’m not very knowledgeable on those yet. The dryer hose makes the unit stick out a bit and I have to figure out a way to hide it. Other than that, I’m very excited to see what I can do with this space and not have everything sitting on the side next to the dog food. This appliance has saved me tons of time with our working schedule and has been amazing for our family.
