Because of the design, this w/d takes up the same amount of space but holds more laundry. Easy to use, quiet, and the gentle buzzer at the end means we don’t have to worry about waking anyone if we use this at night.

From the quiet operation, to the integrated app with specialty settings and the AI that hasn't once left a load to wet or not clean enough. Everything about this unit is A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace a stacked washer/dryer in my tiny laundry room. My dryer stopped working and after waiting two weeks for a repairman to tell me parts are no longer available and trips to the laundromat I was pretty desperate for a replacement. I had no idea this device even existed. I looked at other stackable ready machines and found some I liked, but they had to be ordered. Then I was shown the wash tower. And it was available immediately. It was impressive looking, but it looked so small compared to my current machines. I couldn’t imagine it could handle the same size loads. The drums were supposed to be full size and even though they looked big enough, I was still a bit skeptical, but I bought it anyway. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and I absolutely love it! It easily handles the loads and the height and design makes accessing clothes in both the washer and dryer so easy. I like the controls being located in the center between machines. I had a little problem setting up WiFi, but just watched videos online and finally figured it out. I still have a lot to learn, but actually almost enjoy doing laundry now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our LG purchase. We originally had another brand/type on order, but realized that they won't fit in our space. So glad we decided on this LG unit. It is beautiful and so easy to use. Love the controls being in the middle for easy access. Washing and drying great, too! It is a little loud on the washing cycle, but we have ceramic tile now.

I absolutely love everything this LG washer and dryer offer...except for one thing -- we have a SMART house, we have ordered most of the electronics to be linked with our Google Assistant, however, this equipment is not compatible with 5G wifi. It took us some time to figure it out--we called for support, we asked online, etc and it took us some time to DIG and find out that this was the case. The washer and dryer are great, but I cannot download a special setting or do the neat mobile things I would love to do -- which was the idea of why we purchased this unit

How do you move this machine, it is very heavy ...I have it built in to a unit so I have limited access. They gave 2 non slip pads in package where do they go ? Lg should have designed this with handles near the front of the machine on the side! Help with ideas on how to move this monster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer combo is great in the sense of not having the buttons on top like most stacked washer and dryer combos. It dries and washes just fine. However the monthly cleaning of the filter in the washer is a bit of a pain, first time I have had to do that in a washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer and dryer tower! Easy to use and options to download are basically everything you could need. My only concern and problems I have had are the loud filling of the washer and the most concerning is the lack of a gasket sensor. When I say lack of gasket sensor I mean that there could be a piece of clothing caught in between the rubber seal and the door allowing the washer to fill and pour water our the washer. If there could be an updated attachment LG could come out with that would be awesome. This could prevent damaged floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this combo for 4 months. We have relocated the laundry room to the first floor and needed something smaller. It has been fabulous and has exceeded our expectations for a smaller unit. It handles a king size comforter very well. The cycle is shorter than expected and the settings are accurate.

Looks nice and saves space but works very poorly. Does not wash clothes properly and don't even try to add anything extra like laundry sanitizer or anything it will stop half way through the wash to throw a code up about suds.Have to wash a load of towels with the bare minimum laundry soap or this happens every time. Which you have to basically run the cycle again with NO soap at all. Constantly get the dryer lint code when drying clothes even though we clean the lint screen after every use. Just a big waste of money. Haven't even had this set a year and already looking into replacing it with a different brand.
