I have purchased the WKGX200HWA and it will soon be delivered. I was reading the INSTALLATION manual and it indicated the DRYER requires a DRAIN HOSE & CONNECTING SUPPLY HOSE that are NOT supplied. Is this true? If yes, what are the specifications/part numbers for these items?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this new unit for a little over a month, and we love it. It is very quiet, and has so many features/options - many of which the machine can decide for you. For example, the wash-tub makes a few turns initially to weigh the items to determine how long the cycle should be for optimal cleaning and cost savings. And no other stacked machine makes the controls so easy to access - no standing on a tipsy stool to reach dryer controls at the top of the unit - they are all right in the middle and easy to understand. We are still just beginning to read about all the features, but bottom line, this is the best unit and brand we have owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace a stacked w/d and have limited space. Because of the design, this w/d takes up the same amount of space but holds more laundry. Easy to use, quiet, and the gentle buzzer at the end means we don’t have to worry about waking anyone if we use this at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer combo is great in the sense of not having the buttons on top like most stacked washer and dryer combos. It dries and washes just fine. However the monthly cleaning of the filter in the washer is a bit of a pain, first time I have had to do that in a washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product 2 months ago and I love it. I had a problem that I thought was theirs but it turns out it was the plug that you plug this product into. The electrician repaired the plug with minumum cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November and did not receive it until mid-January. The delivery/logistic company was terrible (the delivery people themselves were fast, friendly, and efficient). The machines are simple to use but there is a big lack of features/cycles compared to the traditional stacking units. The turbo wash feature is awful. Makes the washer loud and clunky and you cannot deselect this to customize your wash. The dryer is great. The machines are sleek to look at and the size of fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this weeks ago and just love it. Should of had this design years ago for stacked washer dryer. Had optional side vent available for close area. That sealed the deal for me because our location for the appliance was limited space. Wife is short and would have required a step to reach the controls. These controls remove that need. Very smart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace a stacked washer/dryer in my tiny laundry room. My dryer stopped working and after waiting two weeks for a repairman to tell me parts are no longer available and trips to the laundromat I was pretty desperate for a replacement. I had no idea this device even existed. I looked at other stackable ready machines and found some I liked, but they had to be ordered. Then I was shown the wash tower. And it was available immediately. It was impressive looking, but it looked so small compared to my current machines. I couldn’t imagine it could handle the same size loads. The drums were supposed to be full size and even though they looked big enough, I was still a bit skeptical, but I bought it anyway. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and I absolutely love it! It easily handles the loads and the height and design makes accessing clothes in both the washer and dryer so easy. I like the controls being located in the center between machines. I had a little problem setting up WiFi, but just watched videos online and finally figured it out. I still have a lot to learn, but actually almost enjoy doing laundry now.

Bought this item around a month ago, have been using it almost every day since. It is super quiet, washes and dries fast. It is absolutely gorgeous. I am happy with this purchase so far. I have washed a queen size comforter in it. It took couple of cycles of drying but it handled it well otherwise. I would say it did not perform well when washing just one small jacket (probably machine went out of balance and gave me an error massage), but that was expected. If you are looking for a washer/dryer for a small space this is the way to go for sure. I have laundry closet really, and it fit very well. Mid area single panel is definitely a plus for me, compared to stackable options where I would have to strain to reach up the panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are absolutely thrilled with our new washtower! It is filled with features and so easy to operate. Quiet and efficient. The details are outstanding. It holds large loads easily and cleans so well. Terrific addition to our home and highly recommend it.
