The experience of using them up to this point has been very positive! The motor noise etc., is kept under control and the cycles are significantly shorter than what was the norm with the Samsung machines. The Smart features are nice, though I have not delved into those much yet.

The small load function on the washer and steam function on the dryer are the most notable for me- sometimes I only need to wash a few items. The steam function works wonders for removing wrinkles from clothing.

The controls in the middle keep you from having to reach or use a stool to get to them. The settings are perfect and intuitive with what you are washing or drying. My husband has even started helping with the wash which he has never done in the 13 years we have been married! Our clothes have never been cleaner thanks to the steam option. I am hoping for many years of use and enjoyment from this unit. I would recommend it to anyone.

Whatever coating is on the outside of this machine is horrible. My first machine I returned because it was scratched. The replacement, I just went to clean soap with a microfiber towel, and it scratched it. If your washer/dryer is visible this is not the one you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older laundry pair that was very noisy and inefficient. Love the new LG Tower combo, especially the dual digital control panel location. Very quiet, sleek and modern appearance. Saving "loads" of laundry time!

I’ve owned this stacker for 2 years now. Clothes wash great but typically come out of the dryer damp. I have never been able to connect the stacker to the app so I am limited to the cycles pre-programmed on the stacker. My washer WiFi touch button does not work and the volume function on the washer no longer works, not sure but I believe half the touch panel no longer works. I can pick my pre-programmed cycle and that’s it.

It’s easy to use and does a great job getting the clothes clean. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t want to process tide pods, so I have had to go back to liquid. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new washer/dryer.

The tower is very stylish and runs quietly compare to our old set. We enjoy everything about this unit right down to the musical chimes that go off when the load is finished. We love that all the controls for both units are right in the center of the tower which makes adjusting them very easy. We are more than pleaded with our purchase. State of the art.
