I have now had the tower for 1 year. I love my tower. The capacity is great. My husband wears uniforms that are not only dirty, but also stinky. My machine handles this situation with ease. I love the steam use for sanitizing my laundry that needs it. My sheets and towels after illness is a prime example. The controls being in the middle of the tower is perfect for us vertically challenged individuals. I would not hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone.

This unit was purchased to replace a broken washer. It was on sale for a great price. I should have done some research. The washer has a sanitize cycle that can not be deactivated. When washing with cold water, clothes are sanitized at the end and are hot and very wrinkled. The dryer, even on the hottest setting does not get the wrinkles out of the clothes. I have never had a problem with clothes being wrinkled after drying in any machine I’ve ever used. I’m 55 and have used multiple types of washers and dryers. I hope I save someone a headache and more clothes to iron.

My new home has a small laundry closet and the laundry center fits nicely with a bit of extra room on the sides for a shelf that I use for storing my laundry supplies. The sleek design of the laundry center gives it a modern look and feel. The best feature for me is the control panel which is located between the washer and dryer. I looked at other models that had the dryer panel located above the dryer, which was unreachable for me. Another feature that I enjoy is the automation. The washer automatically senses the size of the load. This feature eliminates my worry about wasting water or underestimating/overestimating the size of the wash load. Additionally, I don't have to estimate how long it will take the dryer to dry my laundry load, thereby saving energy. Both the washer and dryer operate quietly and efficiently. I have been pleased with the quality of the wash.

This washer and dryer passes the ultimate test. We have four indoor coonhounds. Their work is hunting, but for relaxation they love to dig for hours in the backyard. Rain or shine. This washer & dryer tower has given us the cleanest, freshest dog towels, dog blankets, and dog bed covers ever. The bedding setting works well for items with a waterproof layer like a dog bed cover or mattress cover (it adjusts the spin cycle to allow the drain holes in the drum to drain instead of covering them up with the waterproof layer). The sanitary and steam settings are great for for when extra deep cleaning is desired. The dryer is fast. One dryer feature I like a lot is Steam Refresh - it's perfect for preparing dress shirts for ironing and takes less than three minutes. Note this tower requires both a 220V 30A 4-wire plug for the dryer, AND a 110V ??A socket for the washer.

I love the tower style and don't feel like I am sacrificing working load size for the slimmed down design. This wash tower is super efficient in the load run times and I am still surprised at how quickly even the big loads get done.

I live in a condo where there is limited space under the stairs for a washer/dryer combo. After measuring over 20 times and removing the door to the room, I knew that my old school stackable would be counting down its’ days. I went from breaking up my laundry loads to wash in the small top load washer, to now being able to wash a single load. By the way, my KING SIZE comforter fits too! This unit is silent, sleek, and superb! I absolutely love this unit and would recommend it to anyone who has a limited amount of space for laundry. We no longer have to sacrifice an updated design for the outdated look of the past. 

We recently received our washer dryer tower. We very much are enjoying its operation. It is quiet and it’s sleek modern tech look fits our ideas of how our home should look. The sale price was quite inviting and delivery with setup was free and easy. It has features we never new existed in this type of home appliance.

I bought this washer/dryer for my one bedroom condo. I thought it would be a nice space saver for my condo, but am very disappointed. This washer is very noisy and I have had this washer for 3months and still have not been able to connect to the ThinQ app. This washer has limited wash cycles and smartphone app doestnt work at all. The controls in the middle keep you from having to reach or use a stool to get to them. The settings are perfect and intuitive with what you are washing or drying. My husband has even started helping with the wash which he has never done in the 13 years we have been married! Our clothes have never been cleaner thanks to the steam option. I am hoping for many years of use and enjoyment from this unit. I would recommend it to anyone.
