I had the Washtower installed two months ago. It cleans my clothes great! It is a nice design and fits well in my small space. But, I wanted a new-age appliance that connects to Wifi, and this one is still unable to connect. Repairman has been here twice. We think it’s the ThinQ app. It must have problems and service people can’t fix it. I can’t do certain type functions without it. I would not recommend an LG appliance till LG gets this bug worked out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about 2 months ago, so far it has performed marvelously as my clothes are dry and it does not take as long as my old dryer. The washer is easy to setup and works just great. Here is a picture as it was put in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new washer and dryer a month and I love it. I feel like I have joined the real world. I love the center located controls which are all push button. The front load washer and dryer close quietly and operate very quietly. After an initial issue with a clogged vent (which the dryer told me about via the error message!) we are up and running again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned about a month now. Decent selection of operating modes. Haven’t used smart features. Handles typical loads fine, but we generally keep them on the light side. Clean and dry output. Minor install issue to be aware of, needs 3 supply hoses. Also the inlets for the washer hoses are centered with dryer outlet in rear. Requires more standoff from back wall. Make sure you have an extra 4 inches clearance in front for your setup if you plan to install in small space and have a door that needs to close. I had to route steel braided hoses with a vertical path and loop to nudge as far in as possible. Rubber hoses probably easier to flex into alignment. The splitter for the steam supply line adds to the bulk. A flex duct tied the dryer outlet to my standing vent connection. Electric dryer means you need both 120v and 240v power supplies. These need to be offset to outer edge of install space. Sits solid on floor and it is heavy. Doesn’t slide easily. Had to push into space by leg power, think squats on sitting workout machine! Good choice for compact space. Home Depot supplied. Great delivery to front door, glad I had a commercial quality dolly to get it to laundry space. Check your opening width of interior door. All that said, very pleased with machine so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ideally I was looking at a bigger LG washer/dryer combination but did not have enough space to have a separate washer and dryer. Upon doing research, I saw a lot of mixed reviews about this one but figured that everyone’s situation varies and you never know until you try it yourself. I’m glad I made this purchase as it fits perfectly in my bathroom space and is quiet enough not to disturb anyone in the home. Definitely recommend the gas dryer versus electric as I have read that they damage clothes compared to the gas dryer. I don’t have anything to criticize about this product as it fulfills the need for me and my family. Only annoying part was that it was back ordered but that’s out of anyone’s control due to covid19 etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so quite on any cycle. The quality of the washer and dryer is superb, clothes, delicates are washed superbly. Linens and sheets look brand new, sheets are so crisp and fresh just love machine. Fits perfectly in the space,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older laundry pair that was very noisy and inefficient. Love the new LG Tower combo, especially the dual digital control panel location. Very quiet, sleek and modern appearance. Saving "loads" of laundry time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that a stackable washer dryer is full size and energy efficient. It cleans clothes well. I love the short 15 minute wash cycles and the option to dry small loads of clothes. It looks beautiful. Four stars because the WiFi features have not worked for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the largest stackable that I could find, as such is was close to the most expensive. But, if your looking for quality, you know the old saying - you get what you pay for. That's absolutely true with this unit. I have no regrets!

We've had our tower for about 18 months. It cannot spin water out of a medium sized comforter. Then we washed a sleeping bag, same thing. Tried to wash 2 winter jackets, same thing. If you only plan on washing regular clothes or a set of sheets, then this will work for you. Otherwise pass it up
