[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry space requires stacked units, and when our Samsung dryer began to fail, I found the LG stacked unit. The experience of using them up to this point has been very positive! The motor noise etc., is kept under control and the cycles are significantly shorter than what was the norm with the Samsung machines. The Smart features are nice, though I have not delved into those much yet.

This green is gorgeous! It’s not a matte but it’s not metallic either. If you’re on the fence, just go for it! Love how they wash and dry, they’re so efficient and didn’t know how bad I really needed a new set til I received these beauties. Worth every penny!

I just purchased the washtower. I’ve used it twice, and it didn’t work either time. On the first use, (1) the clothes were soaking wet after the wash, (2) standing water was left the drum, and (3) I had to wring the clothes by hand. A technician inspected the unit and couldn’t find the problem. The second time I used the washtower, it stopped FOUR times with motor errors. LEMON. After using it twice, I want a refund.

I have purchased the WKGX200HWA and it will soon be delivered. I was reading the INSTALLATION manual and it indicated the DRYER requires a DRAIN HOSE & CONNECTING SUPPLY HOSE that are NOT supplied. Is this true? If yes, what are the specifications/part numbers for these items?

This washer does the job with less tangling of clothing, Shorter was times too. Drier-----forget about it. Dries fast and completely. No pulling out some clothes and restarting drier to finish drying the rest. I've had it 3 weeks and so far, very pleased.

LG solved this bigtime with this WashTower unit. We have been using the WashTower about a month and are really happy with it. My wife is happy with the cleanliness of the clothes and how well both units work. The controls are simple without too many worthless options. Plus it is significantly quieter than the old washer/dryer we replaced. LG gets an A+ for this one!

It is quiet and does an excellent job cleaning my laundry in half the time than my other washer. Love the ThinQ features that allow you to upload additional cycles and alerts me on my phone when the wash and dryer cycles are done. Very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased, in general, with this combo. My only dislike is that it does not have enough non wi-fi options. I a sensitive to elecrtro-magnetic frequencies and do not use wi-fi. I use an ethernet connection which is just as fast and safer too. I don't want to have to download an additional option. The cycles seems too long for most normal settings. On the plus side, it is quiet.

I love the center located controls which are all push button. The front load washer and dryer close quietly and operate very quietly. After an initial issue with a clogged vent (which the dryer told me about via the error message!) we are up and running again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to this I had an apartment size washer dryer combo. It was too small and had no good features on it. It ran long cycles. I've had the wash tower about a month and I love it. I can select the cycles, water temp and spin cycles as I need. The cycles are short and I get my laundry done in half the time. The drums are so big that I can wash much bigger loads. The best part is that it fits in the same space as the old unit. Win win!!!!
