[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to this I had an apartment size washer dryer combo. It was too small and had no good features on it. It ran long cycles. I've had the wash tower about a month and I love it. I can select the cycles, water temp and spin cycles as I need. The cycles are short and I get my laundry done in half the time. The drums are so big that I can wash much bigger loads. The best part is that it fits in the same space as the old unit. Win win!!!!

It is THE ONLY stacked combo we could find that has the controls for both the washer and the dryer in the center for easy access. Thank you, LG designers and engineers!!! All the other models we saw have the dryer controls on top of the stack, way beyond my reach. PLUS the controls are clear and easy to understand. AND it's quiet. AND the drums are as big as our old side-by-side washer and dryer. AND it sings a cheerful tune instead of ending a cycle with an annoying buzzer. Overall an excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They tout high tech WiFi connectivity, but they have made it far more complicated than it needs to be. They do not answer phones, chat or email. Once connected you find out that the only way to communicate with the machine remotely is if you manually turn on the remote feature each time you want to use it. It’s like requiring one to manually turn on ones TV before being able to use the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer combo over a month ago and I am extremely pleased with it! I live in a condo where there is limited space under the stairs for a washer/dryer combo. After measuring over 20 times and removing the door to the room, I knew that my old school stackable would be counting down its’ days. I went from breaking up my laundry loads to wash in the small top load washer, to now being able to wash a single load. By the way, my KING SIZE comforter fits too! This unit is silent, sleek, and superb! I absolutely love this unit and would recommend it to anyone who has a limited amount of space for laundry. We no longer have to sacrifice an updated design for the outdated look of the past. 

This washer/dryer combo is very easy to use and has many fantastic features. Outside of being highly space saving, the barrels of each washer/dryer are very spacious. Clothes come out very clean with minimal laundry soap used...highly, highly recommend!

Has not performed properly since I purchased it 8 months ago. Wash cycle takes over two hours, soap remains in tub when cycle stops, dryer always takes additional time to dry even small loads. Technicians say nothing wrong even though soap remind after cycle whe no soap was used. Used tub cleaner as recommended but no change. Presidential liaison did not follow up with me even though I sent Tarshunia several pictures. Disgusted with product and service.

I've had this unit for around 18 months. I moved from a home with a large utility room to a larger home but with a utility closet that only accommodated a side by side and no room for anything else. I bought the LG stack and freed enough space for a folding table. The LG is the best laundry unit I have ever owned. The size is large enough to accommodate the family laundry. I love its efficiency; its capacity; it is fast and washes/dries everything loaded into it. The multiple modes, fantastic cycles will take care of every situation. I've done a lot of laundry over the decades. This LG is the best laundry machine I've ever owned.

You can also download special settings to the machine to make it your own. I had my last set of lg washers and dryers for 10 years and always loved them. So glad we upgraded to this another lg and picked this beautiful machine!

I have purchased the WKGX200HWA and it will soon be delivered. I was reading the INSTALLATION manual and it indicated the DRYER requires a DRAIN HOSE & CONNECTING SUPPLY HOSE that are NOT supplied. Is this true? If yes, what are the specifications/part numbers for these items?

Very pleased from the time of purchase, to deliver and installation. I required a new electrical outlet and after the electrician took care of it LG delivery company came out a second time and finished the installation. Will definitely be recommending this product to anyone who will listen. Just fabulous!!
