I own 3 LG All in one washer dryers. and just bought the Tower 1 month ago. It has all the features of my beloved W/D all in one's. Although it is even quieter and cleans clothes fast with the addition of the steam technology during drying. This has made washing and drying easy and enjoyable, without all the wrinkles.

I bought this over a year ago and wish I would of done something about it soon. Have three babies and a full time job its really hard to figure out why an appliance sucks. Every wash I do it smells rotten, so I run an empty cycle with vinegar first to see of that would help. The rubber part turns moldy and is almost impossible to clean and collects dirt and grime. I keep the door open so it can dry out and not get more moldy with the moisture. I should not need to clean a washer each use. I hate using it and now I an stuck with it because I would feel bad selling it to someone. I hate this washer, but the dryer is fine.

Purchased 7/2021 and has been trouble free. Several issues I have are with electronic controls. 1. when wash completes the well drained items are STUCK to the drum, a simple end of cycle tumble for several minutes would leave all items available at bottom of drum instead of having to extricate much from sides. 2. Ease of wash/dry modifications is wack-o you can choose some programs, but they are not completely tailorable to my needs and often lock out areas (Hot, Cold, Spin, Temp etc.) outside of pre-sets. You must find your way through download-able menus that also have odd limits to tailoring a desired wash or dry. Likely program written by non users. Wifi unstable and frustrating to reenable after disrupted.

I've had this unit for around 18 months. I moved from a home with a large utility room to a larger home but with a utility closet that only accommodated a side by side and no room for anything else. I bought the LG stack and freed enough space for a folding table. The LG is the best laundry unit I have ever owned. The size is large enough to accommodate the family laundry. I love its efficiency; its capacity; it is fast and washes/dries everything loaded into it. The multiple modes, fantastic cycles will take care of every situation. I've done a lot of laundry over the decades. This LG is the best laundry machine I've ever owned.

We've had our tower for about 18 months. It cannot spin water out of a medium sized comforter. Then we washed a sleeping bag, same thing. Tried to wash 2 winter jackets, same thing. If you only plan on washing regular clothes or a set of sheets, then this will work for you. Otherwise pass it up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with my choice. This machine has a serious tech look, serious tech (quiet) sound and does serious tech things to care for my laundry. A well thought-out machine, it takes full advantage of the direct drive inverter motor technology, all the way down to the simple magnet to keep the washer door ajar so everything can dry out. Would buy it again.

I bought this washer/dryer for my one bedroom condo. I thought it would be a nice space saver for my condo, but am very disappointed. This washer is very noisy and I have had this washer for 3months and still have not been able to connect to the ThinQ app. This washer has limited wash cycles and smartphone app doestnt work at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product 2 months ago and I love it. I had a problem that I thought was theirs but it turns out it was the plug that you plug this product into. The electrician repaired the plug with minumum cost.

This unit seems to have the ability to wash and dry well. It lacks any semblance of user control to truly maximize any of its potential. The default settings are a joke. Even worse, the lack of customization of its app settings is even worse. For the amount of money spent on this unit, I am completely dumbfounded on the lack of control I have over it. Almost every piece of clothing, blanket, or other item we buy today, has one simple instruction; machine wash cold and tumble dry low. This doesn't change based on how heavy duty or heavily soiled the load is. I feel completely ripped off having bought this unit for the money. LG needs to add a fully customizable cycle to its app. Until such time, nobody in their right mind should consider buying this over priced under productive device.

The home we purchased had a GE one piece washer dryer unit when we moved in. When the washer broke, I was on a mission to find full size front loaders to stack in the existing space. I was debating between Maytag and Whirlpool but having a hard time finding anything in stock. My husband and I were in Lowe’s and saw this and fell in love. It was so new to Lowe’s that they did not have it in their computer yet. Fortunately they were able to deliver it the following day. I had a mountain of laundry waiting to put it to the test! I love it! I have not connected to WiFi as I don’t see a need to be able to start it remotely. If I am home to put the clothes in the washer, I can turn on the machine!!!
