Tattooed Chef Cauliflower Mac and Cheese, Frozen (2 pk.)

Just cauliflower. Cheese had no flavor. Came with 2 trays, I'm not likely to prepare the 2nd one.

No taste. Contacted vendor. No response. Do not buy this crap. Total waste of money!

Why TF would a company make "Cauliflower Mac and Cheese" and use wheat as a primary ingredient?

I prepared this as directed on package and it tasted so bad. It was hard, dry, and smelled bad.

First let me say I love cauliflower.  I also love cheese but whatever cheese is in this stuff is horrible.  Grainy textured and no flavor, I was so disappointed in this product.  And what's with the "mac" in the name of it?  No mac here, real or implied. I'm not sure what they consider crumb topping either, it had the consistency of sand and about as much taste.  Just do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Nasty, Just Skip It

This is a healthy item so don't expect all that mac and cheese can deliver but a great substitute. My 5 year old who has never been able to get cooked veggies down was able to eat 2 whole helpings. Parents of picky eaters there is hope! The cheese is a bit of an unusual texture but we liked it. I'd buy it again.

Might surprise a picky eater...
