This is really cauliflower au gratin. I found it bland to taste with no seasoning on the cauliflower. I would have added some but I didn't want to mess with the breadcrumbs. I don't know what kind of cheese was used but it didn't really melt. I'll see what happens when I reheat the leftovers.

Obviously not an exact replacement for Mac and cheese but it's definitely delicious.

I was so excited when I saw this at Sam's because I LOVE cauliflower! It had a super fishy nasty taste and didn't look anything like it does on the box. Very disappointing and a waste of money! Save yourself and your money!

I have a daughter that is gluten free and the rest of my kids love cauliflower, so I thought this would be a good option. It was so bad. It's hard to believe this is even being sold. Such a waste of money.
