While it's baking you definitely smell the garlic in it. And it's a pronounced taste in the product. Also Mac n cheese has noodles coated in cheese. The cauliflower is not coated the first mistake. Second mistake is the cheese is just blobbed on top on cauliflower so you actually get bites with no cauliflower just cheese as the cheese just falls into spaces. And there is no way there's 6 cups in each tray. I did like it as a cauliflower gratin i guess. I will eat the other tray, my family wont. I like garlic. Otherwise it is on the bland side. But for not having to do the work it ok. I might buy again but not sure I'll tell my friends to buy it..

I usually love riced cauliflower and all sorts of veggie dishes. I do a dish like this from scratch and everyone loves it. I thought this one might allow me to cheat so I didn't have to do it from scratch but I couldn't eat it.... Not even worth trying to add more cheese to cover it up. Nasty.

I had great hopes for this. No pasta. Cheesy. Keto approved, right? Nope. Panko is wheat, not pork. Cheese sauce contains wheat and corn starch (my fault for not reading the ingredient list). This was 90% cauliflower with a bit of cheese on one end. Bread crumbs were evenly distributed. Very unsatisfying flavor and left me hungry. I ended up adding cheese, and ate one whole tray. That was supposed to be 12 servings?!? Not recommended.

I was so excited to try this! Almost threw it out. Yuck. Does not taste good. May be the wrong cheese?? I am going to try & doctor the second tray. For a few more calories and fat, I pick The Pioneer Woman Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole. (Too bad she doesn't make it organic!)

Grabbed a box of this "Cauliflower Mac & Cheese" out of a freezer end cap at our local Sam's Club thinking "that's sounds yummy"! Found out when I baked and served it up that it contained NO Macaroni. Huh? Oh - it's in tiny print on the box under the word MAC "contains no pasta". Whaaat? Talk about misleading..... Kinda like buying a can of "Spaghetti and Meatballs" - that has (contains no meatballs) in tiny print. Geez. Besides all that the dish is tasteless and sure doesn't look like the product on the cover. Ugh.

This small container says each small container is supposed to have 12 servings!!!! Is this a joke??? It is so deceptive. Most people buying this would think it was a good vegetarian chioce but after reading the box a person could have 1 cup which would have 150 calories and 8 grams of fat for 1 cup! Yikes extremely full of fat!

Misleading package and labeling. Although other Tattooed Chef products are gluten free, the Cauliflower Mac & Cheese is not. I should have read the ingredient list more carefully in the store, but I was dismayed when I later realized that wheat flour and bread crumbs are included. The "Contains No Pasta" label seems deliberately misleading (and would also confuse a wheat eater, based on the product name!) As a Celiac, I definitely cannot eat this.

I make a keto version of this and so I was excited to have something easy to through in the oven. This was so disappointing. The cheese is not really cheese and is just thrown on top, not mixed in. It never melts. The cauliflower was dry and the whole dish lacked any flavor. Would not purchase again.

I made this for a football Sunday party. Everyone was so excited to try it. It was awful. No one liked it. No one at it. It went straight into the trash. I wish I could get my money back. What a waste! Do not buy it!!! The cheese was like powder from a cheap mac n cheese box. And it tasted like they just poured the powder cheese on it, not mixed, not creamy in any way. Just terrible. So disappointed. I wish I could give it zero stars!

This is really cauliflower au gratin. I found it bland to taste with no seasoning on the cauliflower. I would have added some but I didn't want to mess with the breadcrumbs. I don't know what kind of cheese was used but it didn't really melt. I'll see what happens when I reheat the leftovers.
