This has been our go-to side since we found it at our local Sam's Club. We add shredded cheese to the top for the last ten minutes of baking because we like it to be a little cheesier, but it is fine the way it is. It goes well with hamburgers or steak or chicken, just about anything. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find it at our local Sam's for several weeks. I hope they bring it back.

Sams is usually dependable on taste but this Cauliflower Mac & Cheese is not good at all. I love cauliflower (which is why I bought it) but this is bland and tasteless. I didn't bother adding more cheese because that defeats the purpose in my opinion. Sadly, I threw it out after one serving.

I am trying to be on a more Keto diet, and thought this would be good to try. The cheese doesn't really melt, and the powdered bread crumbs on top were disappointing. But, I added a little milk before reheating leftovers, and it turned out perfect! After heating it the next time, I will add milk to it before serving. Vegetable stock would probably work, too. And, it needs seasoning.

My hubby and I love this…my daughter does not. She's a Kraft Mac n cheese kid…this is not that. my hubby hates Mac n cheese and loves this. My hubby and I share as side dish and cannot eat entire dish. We both love the flavor and adding hubby is not a veggie guy and very picky! This package has 2 trays so it's economical. I have not seen this at my Sams' club in weeks, so definitely bummed by that! I hope they bring back as it's on our regular shopping list!

Ho hum, no flavor

This was so good!! Less than 12 servings, but so very yummy!!

Randomly bought this and now it's a weekly staple in our house. Kids whined when they heard it was cauliflower And they loved it- husband likes it too.

As awesome as the other gluten-free cauliflower Tattooed Chef products are, this one isn't safe for my girlfriend, even though it could have been. I will never understand some companies' decisions...

I thought this was okay. I tasted bits of onion in it which could have been omitted but I thought it was cheesy. My son and I liked it and would buy again.

This is ok for a cheese casserole, but will not give you a mac and cheese fix if that's what you are craving. It needs salt. Better with a stick of butter, but everything is better with butter!
