Tattooed Chef Cauliflower Mac and Cheese, Frozen (2 pk.)

I have not had good gluten free mac and cheese ever til I discovered this! So good! Much better then GF noodles. Price is also a good.

Delicious!!

This is a great side dish. My husband didn't normally like cauliflower dishes but this one he loves! Hoping Sam's continues to carry in store.

Decided to buy as an healthier option to mac n cheese, glad I did!! Family loved it!! Will definitely keep this on the shopping list!!! Yay veggies for the win!!

Great substitute without all the calories!!!

I bought this and it had a wonderful flavor.  However, I went to dish out 6 1 cup servings and each tray only has 3 to 3 1/2 one cup servings..pretty disappointed because that makes total calories a lot more per cup.

Good and not so good

Very disappointed in this. Takes forever in the oven and then has no flavor.  Worst of all,  it has panko crumbs on top that keep it from being gluten free. I could handle that if it had some decent flavor.

Not much flavor, blah

I was so excited for this when I saw it, and a tattooed chef? i thought it would be great. Unfortunately, it is not. It is very bland, really not much flavor at all. Very disappointed, so much that I may not even cook the second tray.

Kind of Blah

this is just califlower with cheese, butter, and breadcrumbs, no seasoning, nothing special here, wouldn't buy it again, one of the two trays tasted sour and was bad

very basic

I was so excited to get this because I'm a big fan of this brand's cauliflower crust pizza. Wow this was a disappointment; very cheap and completely tasteless.

Extremely Disappointed

I love the Tattooed Products and was excited to try this. It really is just Cauliflowered Rice with a thin layer of chees on top, that didn't even cover the whole top. It wasn't good at all! We ended up throwing it away. Not one of their better products

Don't bother

I am trying to be on a more Keto diet, and thought this would be good to try.  The cheese doesn't really melt, and the powdered bread crumbs on top were disappointing.  But, I added a little milk before reheating leftovers, and it turned out perfect!  After heating it the next time, I will add milk to it before serving.  Vegetable stock would probably work, too.  And, it needs seasoning.

Lacking creaminess

First let me say I love cauliflower.  I also love cheese but whatever cheese is in this stuff is horrible.  Grainy textured and no flavor, I was so disappointed in this product.  And what's with the "mac" in the name of it?  No mac here, real or implied. I'm not sure what they consider crumb topping either, it had the consistency of sand and about as much taste.  Just do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Nasty, Just Skip It

This is a healthy item so don't expect all that mac and cheese can deliver but a great substitute. My 5 year old who has never been able to get cooked veggies down was able to eat 2 whole helpings. Parents of picky eaters there is hope! The cheese is a bit of an unusual texture but we liked it. I'd buy it again.
