This is a healthy item so don't expect all that mac and cheese can deliver but a great substitute. My 5 year old who has never been able to get cooked veggies down was able to eat 2 whole helpings. Parents of picky eaters there is hope! The cheese is a bit of an unusual texture but we liked it. I'd buy it again.

At first I thought this product would be another sad attempt at frozen mac and cheese. This was actually very good. Plenty of cauliflower and cheese. Cauliflower is a great substitute for macaroni. Yes, I would buy this again.

I love this product. It is really good and I will keep buying it. I love vegetables and I am trying to stop from eating a lot of carbs. This really helps. It taste just like Mac and cheese.

So happy to find this at Sam's Club! I have bought this cauli mac and cheese several times. Good flavor and lots of cheese! I'll be keeping this in my freezer!

I like cauliflower and it makes a great entree with a salad. It can be used as a side dish or an entreee

This was the best Cauliflower Mac n Cheese I have had. I cant believe this came out of a box, it taste like it was made by a chef!

A great product for those who are carb conscious! We like to cook it a little longer than recommended so it is a little crispy around the edges.

Surprisingly tasty. Cauliflower had some body to it. We seasoned it up a bit but we will buy this again.

It was good. Calling it cauliflower cheese would be more accurate. But I probably would not have bought it if it did not say mac and cheese, cause I LOVE mac & cheese, however I am on a keto diet. So this works. LOL. It tasted fine. Only its cauliflower, not mac.... :)
