Looked like a good try but not sure if I just got a bad batch or something. The cheese is really cheap and didn't melt very well. Cauliflower also had a fishy taste to it. Tossed most of first tray and not sure I even want to cook 2nd tray.

I was so excited when I saw this at Sam's because I LOVE cauliflower! It had a super fishy nasty taste and didn't look anything like it does on the box. Very disappointing and a waste of money! Save yourself and your money!

I've had other products from this company that were actually pretty good. This...was not good at all...taste was not pleasant even though I knew not to expect the taste of actual Mac n Cheese. I threw away the second packet.

I have a daughter that is gluten free and the rest of my kids love cauliflower, so I thought this would be a good option. It was so bad. It's hard to believe this is even being sold. Such a waste of money.

I often cook this when we have friends over, and everyone loves.

You can still tell its cauliflower mixed in but it taste good.

I added milk so the cauliflower could soften it was hard, added cheese and garlic pepper seasoning it made it better and you gotta stir it up

This should not be called mac and cheese! This is cauliflower with crumbs. It doesnt even come close to mac and cheese.

Not bad for people who can't eat all the carbs.. but perhaps I'll make this dish on my own and see how it treats me from there..

Did it as the instructions said, it was still cold when I took it out after an hour. Tried it and it was gross! So disappointed!
