I bought this chair at the end of June and it's already falling apart. My daughter uses it while doing her work for school. It gets normal use. This is the only office chair that I've owned that has come apart like this and this fast. Disappointed in the quality.

All of the assembly bolts, wheels, and hydraulic lift were missing. We had to wait for the manufacturer to send us the parts two weeks later. When the parts came in, most of the bolts were not even the correct length, but workable. The manufacturer clearly knew they sent us the wrong bolts as they sent two different Allen wrenches as well.

This chair is really comfortable. I would have given it a 5 star review on initial purchase. Unfortunately the leather breaks down and stars peeling itself off just after 2 years. I'm tired of taping and patching... its a home office chair that sees only occasional use, so keep in mind you may only get a year out of it for real 40 hour office work...

I tried out this assembled chair in the store, along with all the others, and it was the most comfortable. I had the chair shipped to my office and assembled it. Assembly was fairly simple and I was able to put it together without assistance. However, after a couple hours of sitting on the chair, I realized something wasn't right. It felt like the seat was crooked. When I stood up to check it out, I could see that the back of the chair did not properly align with the seat. It was flush on one side with a gap on the other. It appeared to be "off" from side to side as well as front to back. Since all of the assembly points are pre-drilled, there isn't anything that can be done to fix it or make it better. I tried it out for a full day of work and it seemed to get worse. The padding is also lacking, making for a rather hard and uncomfortable seat. This may be a decent chair for a home office, but it is not at all the quality or comfort needed for a full-time desk job.

Hello, I purchased the chair June 6, 2020; the chair started to unravel it in the seat area in September now in January the chair has split at the seat. I only weigh 140 and 5’3. The chair is cracking in front and I notice a split on the side beginning. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The chair only last for about three to four months.

I bought this at Sam's while on sale. I sat in the display one and thought everything was great. It had everything I needed. This was two months ago. Now....I've noticed that the seat does not lean back at all while seated (it does tilt back but then springs you forward to almost a 10° angle). It's caused a little bit of back pain and I'm tempted to return or seek some sort of complaint procedure as I've seen quite a few comments on this now.

We bought this for our nephew. He needed a desk and office chair for his computer system that he uses for gaming. So I'm guessing he sits in it for long stretches of time. Anyway, it was on display at the Club. I sat in it. Very comfortable. Liked the Serta name like the other reviewer. I thought the price was excellent. He's been using it for over a month and I haven't heard any complaints! I sit in it when I visit his apartment. Still seems great to me. I didn't notice any damage to the material or anything and he has two cats. So I think it is holding up well. And my nephew weighs in the 225 lb range. Very pleased.

This is a big disappointment. I've had this chair less than a year and the material has cracked and is peeling, and the seat continually sinks; I'm having to readjust the height every 5-10 minutes. This chair is a complete waste of money (I paid $20 more it than it's marked at this time) - spend a little more and get yourself a better, more reliable chair.

This chair has been a good choice. It's very very comfortable. I work from home and I sit in this chair sometimes from 8 to 10 hrs a day with no ploblems.. I've done office work practically all my life and this is better than any chair I used. I purchased it about 2 months ago so I cant comment on the durability, but it's pretty sturdy. Very comfortable for my back and my bottom. I will buy it again if need be.

Decent quality for the price. Ordered online, arrived on time and undamaged. Black plastic screw hole covers did not fit properly, but just left them off. Arm rest padding isn't very thick. Otherwise, good looking chair that seems like a good value. At this price I don't expect it to last forever, but it should do the job for a few years.
