I got this because my graduate school classes all turned out to be virtual and I needed something that could help me be at my desk for hours. This is it!

Nice looking comfortable chair at a great price. Assembly took all of 10 mins. My only gripe is I would have liked the back to be an 1-1 1/2 inches taller for added neck and head support, for that reason I rated it 4 out 5 stars.

It's a comfortable chair but putting the chair together was not easy. When you sit and lean back a bit it made a popping noise from underneath. I called their tech line which is what the instructions say to do if you have any issues and it took an hour of being on hold before I was able to speak to someone. They determined it the mounting plate which is what thought and mentioned. I was advised that they would send me a new plate and I would get email confirmation which took a week to get that email. At this point I still haven't received any replacement parts.

Nice chair however I have had it less than a year and the stitching in the seat is coming apart. I work from home and the only person who sits in the chair. I thought since it was a Serta chair it would be of quality. I paid too much for it to already e coming apart.

great chair for a person with back problems. i have one in my shooting house because i have too sit for long hours at times. using this chair my back does not hurt me much at all. has turned my hunting experience into a good one instead of a bad one. great price to.

Owned for a couple weeks, with working from home sitting in the dining room chairs for 8 hours weren't doing well for the back. Went online and nice looking chairs were so expensive! I'm very impressed with this chair and even more please with the price! It's so comfortable that I don't even sit somewhere else in the house on lunch. I'm very pleased!

I really like this chair. I was hesitant because the cost was low and since I only had a picture to go by could not tell if the chair was worth the money. I was pleasantly surprised. The chair is very comfortable. I bought it so I could work at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have a very expensive office chair at work and it's not as comfortable as this chair. I only gave 4 stars because there is a very slight gap between the seat and the back of the chair. You only see it if you're looking at the chair and look down. It's distracting for me because I know it's there, but some people may not notice the gap. I took the chair apart 3x while I was putting it together and the gap is a defect, but if I wanted a perfectly aligned chair I would have bought one that was put together at the factory. That being said, I really love my chair. It's has a nice cushion without being too soft. The arm rails don't adjust, but there is plenty of room to move your elbows out of the way if you need to. Worth the money.

This office Chair was purchased for the office where I work. Usually I only purchase something like this if I have seen it. This was purchased with blind faith. I am not disappointed and it exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable and it looks fantastic. A must buy for any office.

It'd s good chair but the back is short which is the problem with most chairs. I'm 5-10 so I'm not too tall, but there is nothing behind my head when I sit on it; it's about my neck height. Also it could be a bit deeper for a full length support under the thighs, but again, same issues with most chairs. Manufactures try to cut on cost by cutting on dimension, and still list them under big and tall. It's comfy though, but I still ended up giving it to my 12 year old son!

I was hesitant to purchase an office chair online but took a chance, glad that I did. This chair is very comfortable and sturdy. It has great back support which has eased my stiff neck from sitting at a desk all day. The price was awesome and the shipping was very quick. I would definitely recommend this chair
