I am so glad I ordered this chair! I have a back issue eased with this chair and the price at Sam'and this chair confirms to my back and allows me to sit for a longer period of time then a normal chair. The installation was a snap; beautiful looking chair. Price at Sam's club was great! Delighted with purchase!

I bought this about a month ago and it is very comfy. I did find it a tiny but small for me given that it was made to support more weight, I assumed seat would be roomier but was wrong. There is still adequate room and the back is extremely comfortable. It's very easy to assemble and set up. I would definitely buy this again in the future.

I am a fat guy and was worried because my legs are super big. They didn't have this chair on display so I figured why not try it and save money from having to get a different chair. My wife put the chair together by her self tested it and said it is better than the more expensive one that she got. I sat in it for a 8 hour stream and it was perfect I didn't have any problems with it even with how big I am the wheels roll just fine on tile floor and I don't feel like I am going to break it. Have had it a few weeks now and still working fine!!!

I replaced an old office chair that I had had for years when my rear end told me it was time. The chair is very comfortable and I did not have to break the bank in order to get it. I have only had it a couple months but at this point I would definitely buy it again.

Got this for my 120 pound, 5'5" wife. She loves it and says it fits her perfectly. Here are some of her comments... Pros - "I love this chair. It has very comfortable seat and back cushions. Firm, but not squishy and not too hard. It rolls very smoothly. I feel that my lower back is supported. I feel like I have better posture while sitting in this chair. I can sit all of the way back in the chair and easily type on my keyboard. The stitching is nice and even which is important because it is white on black so it stands out. (She's a seamstress, so apparently that's something she noticed.) Adjustable height allows my chair's arms to fit under my pull-out keyboard shelf. It's so much more comfortable than my old chair. Love it." Cons - "When the chair is at lowest height setting my feet don't reach flat to the floor." (Balls of her feet do, but not heels when barefoot.) I am 220 pounds and 5'11", and it fits me very well too. I do like it, but ended up I buying the LazyBoy Alston (also from Sam's Club) for myself... best chair I've ever owned.

This is a solid chair, easy fit, decent back support. My only concern was the packaging was challenging and the box arrived as if it had been opened before. Nothing was missing. The expectation when ordering online is the product is new and not previously purchased or shipped in other than manufacture prepared packaging.

I bought this chair for reasonable price and I like the materials. I really need the chair, but it is not comfortable. It always leans to the front side. I want to return it, but that will be too much work for me?Can Sam’s club give me a solution to sovle this situation?

Holes in back of chair are uneven and do not line up properly causing back to be crooked and leaning forward at headrest pushing you out of chair. Stitching in seat appears to be coming apart new out of box. Unable to reach Serta. Will be returning chair.

We set the chair up with no problems, found it so very comfy. Not even a week passes and it’s tearing on one of the seams. Not sure if it’s a fluke with just this chair or not, but it’s being returned ASAP. We’ve never had any problems with furniture from Sam’s Club until now.

I would not recommend this chair. The bottom of the seat is small and is sort tilts forward. Yes, it's assembled correctly. Every bedroom in my house has a desk and executive style chair and this is by far the most awkward seated one. I would return, but I threw away the box prematurely.
