This chair is like sitting on a marshmallow cloud. Super comfortable & supportive for good posture. Hubby & I have been pleasantly surprised for the great price!

I bought this for my daughter who is working from home. For the price this seems to be a well made chair. She initially put the seat on backwards and was ready to return it. But when on correctly, is much better. There is no adjustment possible in terms of anything except up and down for the seat.

The car is perfect and super comfy. I was scared of buying it because of all the mixed reviews. So I have had this chair for 2 months now and it still feels great. I highly recommend this chair for everyone who is working from home and needs to be seated for hours.

IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY AND WILL LAST A VERY VERY LONG TIME. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME OFFICE CHAIR!!!!! I SIT IN THIS CHAIR MORE THAN 12 HOURS A DAY ON THE PHONES IN MY HOME OFFICE AND IT FEELS GOOD FOR MY LOWER BACK PAIN. GREAT BUY!!! WORTH IT!!! LONG LASTING PURCHASE!!

I have purchased this chair before. It is comfortable but after 1 year the hydraulic lift went out and I could not find a hydraulic kit to replace and fix the chair with. I really like this chair so I bought another. Put it together - which was easy - when I sat down on it the leather seat split. It was not cut before. I can send a picture, if necessary. I have not had time to contact Sams to replace this chair at this moment. But that is actually beside the point. I took the time to go pick up the chair, put it together and then the leather split and the chair looks terrible. I have no time for this. Won’t be buying another Serta chair

I ordered this chair over a month ago now. It arrived fast. I found it easy to assemble, but I have assembled a few in the past. As for comfort, for me it is great! I'm enjoying it as I write this. The color was as it looked and great (gray). The only one complaint I do have is that I did buy the extra warrantee, which I NEVER usually do, but since this chair is made by Serta, and I know they make good mattresses, but I think they are new to the office chair market, I paid the 10 bucks extra. The problem is, I know nothing about this policy, or warrantee... I have nothing that came with the chair, nothing has ever come in the mail; am I supposed to contact them somehow???

This chair was bought for my wife, Cathy, who is writing this review. The look of this chair is beautiful. However, I bought it for its functionality. Per chair details on Sam's Club site, the chair seat should have capability to be raised at 90 degree angle to provide relief to upper legs (thigh/hamstring area). That's the main reason I bought the chair. But, neither me nor my husband have been able to raise the chair to any angle to provide relief to my hamstrings! I bought this chair to replace a mesh office chair purchased from Costco. I work from home & my work chair is as essential as my computer! Plus, the rear of seat that connects to seat back is HARD. Not happy. What gives?

This office chair is comfortable. I wish it had an adjustable back but it is pretty upright. It took me about 45 minutes to put together. Assembling the back of the chair to the side rails was tricky but other than that it was quite easy. We are happy with our purchase for the price.

The arms supports were made of cheap plastic scratched and peeling off the imitation silver paint. Chair body appears nice and comfortable. Adjustment piece poor quality too. Returned chair after putting together , would not hold up to daily use as damaged prior to assembly.

This is a great chair. Sturdy, nice looking and very comfortable. It was rather easy to put together, the only issue I had was with the arms, they are a little hard to line up. The price is great, about half of what I had seen for similar chairs. I bought it for work and so far it is helping my back issues.
