This is a comfortable but we are already seeing them break down. Some are leaning one direction after just a few days.

Not as comfortable as I expected from Serta. Seat padding is a bit thin. Also the chair seems to lean forward making it difficult to sit upright.

Really Nice. Good quality build parts and fabric. My only suggestion would have been that the metal could be finished better as it is rough and looks like it may chip, but honestly no big deal if this chair lasts that long.

Very good and comfortable desk chair. I sit in it many hours each day. This is my third one. I will wear it out in a couple of years from very heavy use. Then buy another just like it.

My only complaint is the reclining is either straight up and rigid or all the way back, both of which are uncomfortable for long periods of time. I wish there was a better way to adjust this chair.

The chair is great; however, it arrived with a cut on one of the arms. The arms are the very part that get the most wear and tear. Quality control department must have been asleep.

Very impressed with the look, and the feel of the leather. Should last for a long time. Had for a couple weeks, husband just put together. Sits well too. Would recommend.
