This chair made working from home even better. My back no longer hurts after sitting at my desk all day. It's super-comfortable, was easy to put together, and looks really nice, too.

My only complaint is the reclining is either straight up and rigid or all the way back, both of which are uncomfortable for long periods of time. I wish there was a better way to adjust this chair.

The chair is great; however, it arrived with a cut on one of the arms. The arms are the very part that get the most wear and tear. Quality control department must have been asleep.

Very comfortable chair. I love the seat and back support. The only thing is that the shortest height setting is slightly to tall for me, I am 5’1”. The chair is perfect for my husband who is 5’9”.

Very comfortable seat but it has no lumbar support which is absolutely essential ergonomically and astonishing that it is missing. The back is also very short so the average male at 5’10” would have absolutely no neck or head support. So after a while my lower back and neck were killing me. Pity because it is otherwise well put together. I had to return it.

All of the assembly bolts, wheels, and hydraulic lift were missing. We had to wait for the manufacturer to send us the parts two weeks later. When the parts came in, most of the bolts were not even the correct length, but workable. The manufacturer clearly knew they sent us the wrong bolts as they sent two different Allen wrenches as well.

Received in old box, looked opened and looked returned item. All parts were not wrapped correctly and all wrapped in different colored plastic wraps. 100% I received a returned and used item. Too many scratches on the hand rest. Don’t buy it. Not comfortable at all. No memory foam as advertised.

It is technically a conference room chair. It has a height adjustment and tilt adjustment, that is it. A conference room chair tilts/rocks back where it is connected to the frame underneath the seat. it does not tilt where the seat and back cushions come together. That being said, it is very comfortable; I telework and sit for 8 hours a day. When I get up at the end of the day I feel fine. I just hope the seat cushion does not compress too much over time.

Easy to assemble. There are many imperfections in the finish. It looks more like a second. Back is either locked straight in place or moving can not be locked into a different position. After 6 weeks of daily use padding is not as comfortable. Nice moderate use chair.

Decent quality for the price. Ordered online, arrived on time and undamaged. Black plastic screw hole covers did not fit properly, but just left them off. Arm rest padding isn't very thick. Otherwise, good looking chair that seems like a good value. At this price I don't expect it to last forever, but it should do the job for a few years.
