I bought this chair on 07/08/2021. I haven’t even had it for thirty days and one of them arms has come loose and the holes where it screws in are coming out of the chair. Would not recommend!!! Waste of money!!!

Very comfortable chair. I love the seat and back support. The only thing is that the shortest height setting is slightly to tall for me, I am 5’1”. The chair is perfect for my husband who is 5’9”.

Very good and comfortable desk chair. I sit in it many hours each day. This is my third one. I will wear it out in a couple of years from very heavy use. Then buy another just like it.

The back support is wonderful, my back is not hurting anymore it is a very comfortable chair. I work form home and spend extended hours in front of my computer, I wish I had purchase this chair sooner. Very easy to assemble.

We purchased these chairs in September for our two children to use as they stayed home for school. In November the seams started to split open, cracks appeared in the armrest. Now, only 4 months later in January, it's time for new ones as they have completely fallen apart. We are very satisfied with these chairs.

Right around the 1 year mark of use for this chair, all of the leather parts started cracking. Within a few more months, the arms are completely shredding. This is used as a daily work chair for an adult, children are never in this room so there is no reason for this item to be falling apart so quickly! It’s too late for me to return or even exchange but it’s not worth the money for how short a life span it provides.

I bought this office chairs from Sams Club. As per the manual, this was supposed to be "Serta Premium Chair" and is Executive Version of True Innovations chair. The "leather" on the seat and arms is pealing off, making the chair unusable, not to mention the mess all over the floor. This chair is an an office that is only used once or twice a week, so the chair hasn't even been used on a daily basis. When I contacted the company, I was told that the warranty runs out after one year. Really? This kind of investment for one year? I expect more from my office furniture. I would definitely NEVER buy a chair from True Innovations ever again. (Their name doesn't appear as the manufacturer, but their phone number does: 800-379-9773). Bad investment, would not buy again. It looks ripped exactly like other pics on this review.

I bought this chair at the end of June and it's already falling apart. My daughter uses it while doing her work for school. It gets normal use. This is the only office chair that I've owned that has come apart like this and this fast. Disappointed in the quality.

All of the assembly bolts, wheels, and hydraulic lift were missing. We had to wait for the manufacturer to send us the parts two weeks later. When the parts came in, most of the bolts were not even the correct length, but workable. The manufacturer clearly knew they sent us the wrong bolts as they sent two different Allen wrenches as well.

I bought this just about a yr ago and it has a rip across the seam of the seat itself. I’m not a heavy person I don’t do anything crazy just normal use while working. Very disappointed in this product. Thought i’d get better quality from Serta. Tried posting pic won’t work
