For my wife and I, Serta is a trusted and reliable maker of anything orthopedic - we've been sleeping on Serta's wonderfully comfortable mattresses for many years. Glad to see they are applying their skills in making equally comfortable office chairs.

Apart from assembling this product, I don’t have anything negative to say. The assembly was not difficult, I just wish I didn’t have to do it. When I first sat in the chair, I was shocked at how comfortable it was. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I have almost fallen asleep in a few lectures and meetings!!

It’s difficult to purchase items without trying them out. I hesitated but decided to “go for it.” Sure glad I did. It was very easy to put together, and it is extremely comfortable. Bonus - the price is very reasonable. Adjustability is easy and love the dark gray color.

Doing lots of Zoom meetings right now, and the office chair I was using squeaked, popped and was embarrassing/disruptive to the meetings. The Serta Manager's Office Chair is perfect. It's a comfortable chair for extended periods of time...like Zoom meetings!

I thought this chair would have been more comfortable that it’s serta the arms on the side is what make it uncomfortable . For the price of this chair serta should have made the arms expandable. I seen cheaper office chairs that have expandable arms on them and less cushion and built better than this chair. I was throwing out stuff and threw the box away so I can’t return it .

I expected more from Serta. There is little to none lumber support. It actually hurts to sit in this chair. I caller the number printed on the box (directions say do not return to Sam's), I have e-mailed them, and I have had no response. I guess I will call Sam's and ask "What now?" I do not recommend this at all.

Great office chair for the price. Really liked the look and feel of the leather. Was easy to assemble and didnt take too long to complete the assembly. But im noticing when moderate pressure is applied to the arm rests, you feel the sharp ends of tacks or nails where the leather is secured to the armrests... hence the comment about "pokey". Again, i guess its tolerable for the price but just be mindful.

This chair has been a good choice. It's very very comfortable. I work from home and I sit in this chair sometimes from 8 to 10 hrs a day with no ploblems.. I've done office work practically all my life and this is better than any chair I used. I purchased it about 2 months ago so I cant comment on the durability, but it's pretty sturdy. Very comfortable for my back and my bottom. I will buy it again if need be.
