We set the chair up with no problems, found it so very comfy. Not even a week passes and it’s tearing on one of the seams. Not sure if it’s a fluke with just this chair or not, but it’s being returned ASAP. We’ve never had any problems with furniture from Sam’s Club until now.

I bought this about a month ago and it is very comfy. I did find it a tiny but small for me given that it was made to support more weight, I assumed seat would be roomier but was wrong. There is still adequate room and the back is extremely comfortable. It's very easy to assemble and set up. I would definitely buy this again in the future.

I am so glad I ordered this chair! I have a back issue eased with this chair and the price at Sam'and this chair confirms to my back and allows me to sit for a longer period of time then a normal chair. The installation was a snap; beautiful looking chair. Price at Sam's club was great! Delighted with purchase!

For the price it is a comfortable and sturdy chair. It is well weighted and easy to move around in. The seat is wide and fits big behinds comfortably.

This chair is like sitting on a marshmallow cloud. Super comfortable & supportive for good posture. Hubby & I have been pleasantly surprised for the great price!

Taller than normal chair, causes legs to kit bottom of keyboard tray. Company has NO support, they don't return emails, don't answer calls. Would not purchase again.

I purchased these chairs for all of the employees in my office. They LOVE them and we are very pleased with our choice of office chair. The memory foam is a big hit for sure!

Nice chair. Easy to assemble. My husband uses it for up to 10 hrs daily and has had no issues or complaints. Only had for about 2 weeks, so cant speak to or give rating for longevity. We will see how long this one last.

This is the second of these chairs that I have purchased. I had bought one last year for my home office and liked it very much, but so did my daughter. Tired of sharing so got another one. I work sometimes 10 hours in the chair and alway great.

Unfortunately the bonded leather has already started peeling on the armrest. Very comfortable chair but that means nothing if it looks terrible and cracked/peeled finish scrapes your arm.
