Nice chair however I have had it less than a year and the stitching in the seat is coming apart. I work from home and the only person who sits in the chair. I thought since it was a Serta chair it would be of quality. I paid too much for it to already e coming apart.

Owned for a couple weeks, with working from home sitting in the dining room chairs for 8 hours weren't doing well for the back. Went online and nice looking chairs were so expensive! I'm very impressed with this chair and even more please with the price! It's so comfortable that I don't even sit somewhere else in the house on lunch. I'm very pleased!

Chair was not what I expected. The boxes were broken, beat up and the chairs appeared used also with a small rubbed off spot on the armrest. Chair was not as comfortable as I hoped. However, I told Sam's and expressed I did not want to return since I put the chairs together already they awarded me a small discount so I feel a little more at ease.

The chair is very comfortable. We've only been using it for several weeks, but so far, so good. The only thing that you can't tell from the online photo is that the stitching is very light - white or a light gray, so the stitching is very noticeable on the black chair. Our previous desk chair (also purchased at Sams) had black stitching, which I preferred. However, this one has more cushion and is more comfortable for longer sitting comfort. The wheels roll smoothly, as does the height adjustment lever. Would purchase again, especially if they had it with black stitching!

The Serta name is the main reason I got it. I have owned a few different office chairs during my life. This one looks nice but not very comfortable and not easy to put together. I have been sitting this chair for a few days now. If you sit a lot and have a larger body don't buy this. This chair is made for thinner people. Padding is stiff in both the seating area as well as the back. I will never buy an office chair online again. You really need to sit in an office chair before purchasing one. I will be taking this one back to Sam's Club for a refund.

Love, Love , Love these chairs-bought two! So comfy for my office and also for my 14 year old while she attends virtual school. She put them together by herself with no help from me! That is saying something! I don't think you will be disappointed; quality & comfort can't be beat for the price!

Received this chair as a gift from my husband. I absolutely love this chair. It’s very comfortable to sit in as it has memory foam in the seat cushion, it has a slight lean back or if you don’t want it to lean/rock you can push in the bar and lock it in place, and the height adjuster works great. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for an office or desk chair.

This is the second chair I have purchased. The first was to replace an old computer chair that had just died. A year later, I need a good, comfortable chair for my deer hunting stand. After thinking long and hard, this was the perfect choice. It is designed for long term sitting. It rolls and the height can be adjusted. I would recommend this chair to anyone that needs a decent computer chair that does not cost an arm and leg. It also looks good.

I bought this after trying it out in store. It is a good price point for a nice chair. It does not work well for me sitting in it 10 hours a day because I work from home. I get stiff. But overall i like the high back and how it leans back a bit for some comfort.

We are very happy with our 2 Serta manager's office chairs that we have purchased recently. We love the shade of the brown color and their attractive appearance. We purchased them to replace our stand-alone RV chairs because they sat too low, were rigid and uncomfortable. Even though these Serta chairs are meant for office use we find them very comfortable and enjoy the height and rocker options. My husband being tall and close to 250lbs finds them very comfortable. We also like the fact that they are easy to move around since they are on rollers. They work and look great for our living situation. Well worth the price.
