It's a comfortable chair but putting the chair together was not easy. When you sit and lean back a bit it made a popping noise from underneath. I called their tech line which is what the instructions say to do if you have any issues and it took an hour of being on hold before I was able to speak to someone. They determined it the mounting plate which is what thought and mentioned. I was advised that they would send me a new plate and I would get email confirmation which took a week to get that email. At this point I still haven't received any replacement parts.

I really like this chair. I was hesitant because the cost was low and since I only had a picture to go by could not tell if the chair was worth the money. I was pleasantly surprised. The chair is very comfortable. I bought it so I could work at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have a very expensive office chair at work and it's not as comfortable as this chair. I only gave 4 stars because there is a very slight gap between the seat and the back of the chair. You only see it if you're looking at the chair and look down. It's distracting for me because I know it's there, but some people may not notice the gap. I took the chair apart 3x while I was putting it together and the gap is a defect, but if I wanted a perfectly aligned chair I would have bought one that was put together at the factory. That being said, I really love my chair. It's has a nice cushion without being too soft. The arm rails don't adjust, but there is plenty of room to move your elbows out of the way if you need to. Worth the money.

They are very comfortable. I started with one for setting at the dining room table and everyone liked setting in my chair so I bought more, I Have 12 now. They are easy to move around, so we move them everywhere ( deck, rec-room, Office, etc...) and everyone has a comfortable chair.

It'd s good chair but the back is short which is the problem with most chairs. I'm 5-10 so I'm not too tall, but there is nothing behind my head when I sit on it; it's about my neck height. Also it could be a bit deeper for a full length support under the thighs, but again, same issues with most chairs. Manufactures try to cut on cost by cutting on dimension, and still list them under big and tall. It's comfy though, but I still ended up giving it to my 12 year old son!

This is a good, quality chair that was very reasonably priced and included free shipping. I find it very comfortable and good looking. My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to assemble on my own. I needed some help with attaching the arms to the chair. Worth the effort however.

Great for the price, went together very easily. Three stars because there are adjustments for height, lock or spring loaded reclining and the tension on the spring. The angle of the seat and back is permanent, not adjustable and I found it to be a bit too straight with a gap in the lumbar. I put a small pillow in the gap, use it on spring recline and tightened the tension and am good to go. The chair it replaced was similar setting wise, but the fixed back had a slight angle that made it more comfortable. At this price, I would buy this chair again.

Love, Love , Love these chairs-bought two! So comfy for my office and also for my 14 year old while she attends virtual school. She put them together by herself with no help from me! That is saying something! I don't think you will be disappointed; quality & comfort can't be beat for the price!

I was hesitant to purchase an office chair online but took a chance, glad that I did. This chair is very comfortable and sturdy. This office Chair was purchased for the office where I work. Usually I only purchase something like this if I have seen it. This was purchased with blind faith. I am not disappointed and it exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable and it looks fantastic. A must buy for any office.

Our last computer chair was getting as old as I am! It was sagging and didn't have the support that one needs when playing a game or reading an online newspaper, doing tax back-up--long time sitting. This chair is upright, adjustable, comfy with lower back support and stylish--a plus.
