Nice chair however I have had it less than a year and the stitching in the seat is coming apart. I work from home and the only person who sits in the chair. I thought since it was a Serta chair it would be of quality. I paid too much for it to already e coming apart.

very comfortable and easy to assemble chair. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that the little caps you insert to cover the bolt holes keep falling out. I emailed the company for direction and they NEVER RESPONDED. I ended up just using a little masking tape over each button to make them fit tighter.

So you might be able to blame this on me but nonetheless it's something you should consider as a consumer. This chair has a 250 LBS weight limit, I weigh 230. The chair holds up but feels a little like it's going to bend or break. I would suggest buying a model that can hold more weight. The build would probably be way better too.

We are very happy with our 2 Serta manager's office chairs that we have purchased recently. We love the shade of the brown color and their attractive appearance. We purchased them to replace our stand-alone RV chairs because they sat too low, were rigid and uncomfortable. Even though these Serta chairs are meant for office use we find them very comfortable and enjoy the height and rocker options. My husband being tall and close to 250lbs finds them very comfortable. We also like the fact that they are easy to move around since they are on rollers. They work and look great for our living situation. Well worth the price.

My husband works from home part of the time, still, (I'm sure many can relate), and our kitchen chairs were not built for all day sitting. This was an affordable option and he was touched when I surprised him with it (he wouldn't think to get it for himself). I was the one to assemble it, so that was easy enough. It's been a few weeks and he still appreciates it.

This is a good, quality chair that was very reasonably priced and included free shipping. I find it very comfortable and good looking. My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to assemble on my own. I needed some help with attaching the arms to the chair. Worth the effort however.

Quick delivery as I need to work from home due to COVID-19. Very comfortable, easily to put together by following the well written instructions. The gray leather on the chair looks great while the support of the lumbar design makes working a 10 hour day doable. The price was great. Bought this for my study room/office a month ago and am very pleased with it. It is far more comfortable than other chairs I tried and is actually much less expensive than the others. My sister-in-law tried it out and decided to get one for her husband too. The only thing is I had a little difficulty with the screw caps for the arms of the chair, but I think it looks better without them anyway.

I was in need of a new office chair and I normally get out and have to sit on hundreds, to make sure they were comfy. So after 3 day of searching I kept coming to this desk chair. "I hit the jack pot." It is the BEST chair I have ever sat in. I sat in it and the bottom seat has a lot of room for the bigger person, and great lumber support if your like me, bottom of seat its just like sitting on a cloud. Well made, and quick set up, and so nice to look at. You are definitely making a great purchase HANDS DOWN.!!! The only thing I found about this same chair as it came down in price. But that's the luck I have been getting in all purchases. Also the quality is so well worth every penny. I swear if you purchase this particular chair, you love it like I do. Now, you cant go wrong with the price...... I would order more but no where to store it. Beside I feel the way this, it will live out me, I'm 64. I worked for the govt and I have sat in many chairs. Need I say more? Go purchase it before they are gone. Nice leather as well. LOVE IT.... So will you. The chair has a lifter, for all sizes of people. Except children.. The padded arm rest are really padded, and rolls great. I am in no way affiliated with Sams or the chair company. Just saving the time for someone on the hunt, this is it. Its a Manager chair, whatever that means, but must sit on the seat a lot.

Great for the price, went together very easily. Three stars because there are adjustments for height, lock or spring loaded reclining and the tension on the spring. The angle of the seat and back is permanent, not adjustable and I found it to be a bit too straight with a gap in the lumbar. I put a small pillow in the gap, use it on spring recline and tightened the tension and am good to go. The chair it replaced was similar setting wise, but the fixed back had a slight angle that made it more comfortable. At this price, I would buy this chair again.
