Great chair as it very comfortable and well-made which is what I would expect from a product from Serta. The only issue was one of the holes machined for a bolt that holds the right arm in place was done incorrectly. Therefore I was unable to completely fasten this particular all the way in place

I bought this office chair for work from home and it turned out to be a good one and very comfortable and my kids doesn’t want to give it to me because of it’s nice cushion . Only thing can be improved is it’s not easy to go front and back movement and feel like you are falling off .

I bought this for my son who has herniated disks and it is the best purchase I ever made. He said he can sit for hours in it and his back doesn't bother him at all! it was easy to put together and no missing parts! Best thing, I got it on sale. The only down side, don't not wear a shirt, you'll stick to the chair LOL!

This is the second chair I have purchased. The first was to replace an old computer chair that had just died. A year later, I need a good, comfortable chair for my deer hunting stand. After thinking long and hard, this was the perfect choice. It is designed for long term sitting. It rolls and the height can be adjusted. I would recommend this chair to anyone that needs a decent computer chair that does not cost an arm and leg. It also looks good.

I absolutely love this chair. it sits taller than any others i have purchased prior (i am shorter at 5ft 4inches). the only reason i am giving this a 4 and not a 5 star review is because the faux leather scuffs and pulls pretty easy. the eyelet of my boot caused a nasty scratch in the leather without much pressure or effort.

Bought this for my study room/office a month ago and am very pleased with it. It is far more comfortable than other chairs I tried and is actually much less expensive than the others. My sister-in-law tried it out and decided to get one for her husband too. The only thing is I had a little difficulty with the screw caps for the arms of the chair, but I think it looks better without them anyway.

Chair was not what I expected. The boxes were broken, beat up and the chairs appeared used also with a small rubbed off spot on the armrest. Chair was not as comfortable as I hoped. However, I told Sam's and expressed I did not want to return since I put the chairs together already they awarded me a small discount so I feel a little more at ease.

So you might be able to blame this on me but nonetheless it's something you should consider as a consumer. This chair has a 250 LBS weight limit, I weigh 230. The chair holds up but feels a little like it's going to bend or break. I would suggest buying a model that can hold more weight. The build would probably be way better too.

Previous office/gaming chairs I have owned have disappointed / failed early on. I’m a bit on the heavy side (pushing 220) and they just don’t stand up / last. The cushions / padding are the first things to go, then the structure. This Serta chair seems rock solid so far and I’m pleased and optimistic.

We now have three of the Serta office chairs and they have lasted for years. We recently replaced a "gaming chair" for our teenage son as it broke. We decided not to make the same mistake and purchased this classically comfortable chair. He loves his new chair and has been quite a success with his gaming adventures. He just does it in more style and comfort now.
