For my wife and I, Serta is a trusted and reliable maker of anything orthopedic - we've been sleeping on Serta's wonderfully comfortable mattresses for many years. Glad to see they are applying their skills in making equally comfortable office chairs.

It is technically a conference room chair. It has a height adjustment and tilt adjustment, that is it. A conference room chair tilts/rocks back where it is connected to the frame underneath the seat. it does not tilt where the seat and back cushions come together. That being said, it is very comfortable; I telework and sit for 8 hours a day. When I get up at the end of the day I feel fine. I just hope the seat cushion does not compress too much over time.

This chair has been a good choice. It's very very comfortable. I work from home and I sit in this chair sometimes from 8 to 10 hrs a day with no ploblems.. I've done office work practically all my life and this is better than any chair I used. I purchased it about 2 months ago so I cant comment on the durability, but it's pretty sturdy. Very comfortable for my back and my bottom. I will buy it again if need be.

It’s difficult to purchase items without trying them out. I hesitated but decided to “go for it.” Sure glad I did. It was very easy to put together, and it is extremely comfortable. Bonus - the price is very reasonable. Adjustability is easy and love the dark gray color.

Apart from assembling this product, I don’t have anything negative to say. The assembly was not difficult, I just wish I didn’t have to do it. When I first sat in the chair, I was shocked at how comfortable it was. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I have almost fallen asleep in a few lectures and meetings!!

I expected more from Serta. There is little to none lumber support. It actually hurts to sit in this chair. I caller the number printed on the box (directions say do not return to Sam's), I have e-mailed them, and I have had no response. I guess I will call Sam's and ask "What now?" I do not recommend this at all.

Easy to assemble. There are many imperfections in the finish. It looks more like a second. Back is either locked straight in place or moving can not be locked into a different position. After 6 weeks of daily use padding is not as comfortable. Nice moderate use chair.

All of the assembly bolts, wheels, and hydraulic lift were missing. We had to wait for the manufacturer to send us the parts two weeks later. When the parts came in, most of the bolts were not even the correct length, but workable. The manufacturer clearly knew they sent us the wrong bolts as they sent two different Allen wrenches as well.
