Owned for a couple weeks, with working from home sitting in the dining room chairs for 8 hours weren't doing well for the back. Went online and nice looking chairs were so expensive! I'm very impressed with this chair and even more please with the price! It's so comfortable that I don't even sit somewhere else in the house on lunch. I'm very pleased!

Made time to put together. Not so many pieces but I needed to leave so I connected half and spent about 2 hours searching for a piece I had already put in place. Once I realized it I was able to connect the bottom portion to the top part of the seat it was smooth sailing. So I had to add the screws to the chair and then take them out because chair wasn’t connected correctly. After putting chair together I still haven’t been able to connect last two screws into the chair. It’s pretty good tho. Scared I’m gonna flip tho.

I purchased the 2 chairs about 2 weeks ago. We love them! They are extremely comfortable and very affordable. It was easy to assemble as well! I just wish they had a footrest and reclined...I am sure I would get a lot of work accomplished with those features!!! LOL!

The display at our local club was so comfy, purchased for our college kiddo moving out of dorm life into a non furnished residence. Only complaint is wish it had adjustable tilt versus only fixed. If had that I would have purchased one for my home office.

The chair itself is easy to assemble; the instructions are detailed enough to make the work light. The seat has memory foam; when sitting for long periods of time, the chair begins to warm uncomfortably. I love the swivel and the height of the back. However, when leaning backwards and forward, it has already begun to make squeaking noises (1 month in). The overall look of the chair is professional. The color is as expected (grey). The stitching on the arms is a little irregular but does not deter from the function. Overall it is a good chair and I plan on keeping it. For the price, it cannot be beat.

Great chair as it very comfortable and well-made which is what I would expect from a product from Serta. The only issue was one of the holes machined for a bolt that holds the right arm in place was done incorrectly. Therefore I was unable to completely fasten this particular all the way in place

This is a good, quality chair that was very reasonably priced and included free shipping. I find it very comfortable and good looking. My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to assemble on my own. I needed some help with attaching the arms to the chair. Worth the effort however.

This chair was on sale when I bought it ($99), great price for the item. After assembling it (pretty easy), I tested the seat - man is that really comfy!! The armrests are cushioned and well padded and the seat has a good spring to it! Best chair I've ever owned for that price!!

So far, we are very pleased with our office chair. Easy assembly and the tools that were needed were provided! We have only had it for about 2 weeks, so I cannot comment on its durability. It looks great in our office. We chose the brown color and it goes great with our cherry wood office furniture.

Bought this for my study room/office a month ago and am very pleased with it. It is far more comfortable than other chairs I tried and is actually much less expensive than the others. My sister-in-law tried it out and decided to get one for her husband too. The only thing is I had a little difficulty with the screw caps for the arms of the chair, but I think it looks better without them anyway.
