Features and comfort good but started tearing near seam within 6 months. Sams club didn't took it back. I didn't wanted to go through the hassle of talking to chair warranty support.

The chair is comfortable, I am 6'3" and weight 225 pounds. It has held up fine but it leaves leather all over my floor after about a year's worth of use.

the bonded leather is plastic, it has comfort issues especially if you have a bad back, waste of $$$ buy a better chair you will be happier in the long end!

I bought this chair online at Sam's club.com about 3 weeks ago and have been having bad knee pain for the past 2 weeks. I didn't realize the pain was from the length of the seat of the chair. My patellar tendons are so sore.

The chair seems to be of good quality. Assembly was easy. After having the chair for a couple of months, the hydraulic lift doesn't keep the chair at the desired height.

After a few months the fake leather started peeling off, and now every once in a while I'll be seating on it and the seat starts sinking down. But it is comfortable.

The chair is easy to setup and comfortable enough but inexplicably after 8 months of daily use the back is bent at a 30 degree angle. The bolts are snug, but, poor quality the chair cannot be straightened.

The chair is very nice and comfortable. I was very happy until the stitches start to become apart. I bought the chair maybe 10 months ago and I think is too soon to be broken.

I bought this chair at sams and after two months the seams were damaged. On the other hand, I contacted customer service and I've been waiting for a response for 6 months. I do not recommend this chair is of very poor quality

Bought this for my son's​ birthday. He weighs 90lbs. It lasted 6 months. The seat, arms, and all the seams are fine. The base of the seat is broken and pops when he shifts his weight.
