Terrible

I bought this chair 18 months ago. Started out great. Then I noticed the seat feeling crunchy. Not long after, the vinyl started peeling. Very poor quality! Do not buy!!!

Buyer Beware

Less than a year the material started peeling off the arm rest.Returned it to the store for credit, then went to Office Depot and bought a better quality chair.

Very Very bad chairs

I bought 4 chairs, it is not even 6 months and 3 chairs have already started ripping at the stitching lines in multiple areas. This is waste of money. Would NOT recommend this product AT ALL.

Nice

The chair has a nice appeal. It is very, very comfortable and fits perfectly with my desk. Very easy to assemble, except for those little caps over the screws (who thought of that :[)

Don't purchase!

We bought this chair in March 2022. It is now October and the seam in the seat has ripped open. Poorly made. Unfortunately, that seems to be the standard problem with most products these days.

Poor Quality

I purchased this chair on November 25, 2020. It is four days later and the chair already broke when leaning backwards. Poor quality chair. Would not recommend or buy again.

Seams popping loose after 60 DAYS!

I've had this chair only 2 months. The seams are already bursting and the stuffing is coming out. I use this chair very lightly. There's no reason it should be falling apart.

Two in a Row, HORRIBLE Quality

First one, had seem coming apart out of the box. Replacement was OK out of the box but within 60 days, seems coming apart all over the place. This is used every day by my wife who weighs 105 lbs. Serta should be embarrassed.

Not comfortable - we returned both

We bought 2 of these chairs and multiple people in our office have tried to use them, but they lean forward and are not comfortable. There is very little cushion. Also, one of the chairs no longer stays up, but sinks down when sat on.

Comfortable but poor Upholstery

This chair is only good for 1.5 to 2 years, though they said 10 years warranty, Upholstery is only covered for 1 year as per customer care. so basically you are buying this to throw away after 2 years
