Returned within a month. Armrests were not very sturdy. Leather did not feel like it would last and as expected noticed tears. Surprisingly they were from a sharp object inside the chair. Returned immediately.

I bought this chair about 2 years ago. The bonded leather started to peel off at about the 1year mark. It is a mess. If I could get my money back I would.

Once I had unpacked the chair, was kinda disappointed. Just my opinion. It looked and felt cheap. Didn’t look or feel like quality. It of course not leather. Plastic parts. But what can you say for the price.

Less than a year the material started peeling off the arm rest.Returned it to the store for credit, then went to Office Depot and bought a better quality chair.

This chair is only good for 1.5 to 2 years, though they said 10 years warranty, Upholstery is only covered for 1 year as per customer care. so basically you are buying this to throw away after 2 years

Chair has nice cushions and good back support, but material on it peeled in 1 1/2 years. At this time it is a piece of junk. Bad investment for me, would not buy again.

Had it for 6 weeks then leaned back and heard a serious creaking sound, now half of the back leans further than the other and leaning pushes further and is uncomfortable for more than a moment or two.

We bought this chair in March 2022. It is now October and the seam in the seat has ripped open. Poorly made. Unfortunately, that seems to be the standard problem with most products these days.

I bought this chair about 1 year ago for my craft room which I use only periodically and it's already tearing at the seat seams. It's a shame cause I really like it but would not buy this brand again.

I bought 4 chairs, it is not even 6 months and 3 chairs have already started ripping at the stitching lines in multiple areas. This is waste of money. Would NOT recommend this product AT ALL.
