Love this chair, it is very comfortable and supports my back wonderfully. I am short and the chair goes low enough so my feet touch the floor.

Purchased this chair for WFH purposes and not disapponted. Easy to assemble and perfect comfort for my needs with a great price.

I’ve had this chair for less than a month. I can confirm what other reviewers have said about it tilting forward. Otherwise a comfortable chair.

Seems sturdy at first and great but with in less then a year the seem on seat tears and cushion pops out. I had 2 one for each child and both have done the same thing!

First one, had seem coming apart out of the box. Replacement was OK out of the box but within 60 days, seems coming apart all over the place. This is used every day by my wife who weighs 105 lbs. Serta should be embarrassed.

I bought this chair about 2 years ago. The bonded leather started to peel off at about the 1year mark. It is a mess. If I could get my money back I would.

I bought two as you see attached pictures and they both couldn't make it a year. The bonded leather started to peel off very quickly. Making the chair unusable, not to mention the mess all over the floor.

I bought this chair online at Sam's club.com about 3 weeks ago and have been having bad knee pain for the past 2 weeks. I didn't realize the pain was from the length of the seat of the chair. My patellar tendons are so sore.

Purchased this chair in Feb/March of this year. The stitching has come completely undone across the entire seat. Had to use duck tape to keep it from getting worse. No longer have receipt or I would definitely would have returned.

Chair was purchased July 3, 2020 and after a month the seams have come undone. The threads have fallen apart. Is this covered under warranty or not? (I asked this question in the question section in the Q & A section and it was not posted.)
