Bought for my office- it was pretty easy to put together. Just wish the back was a couple inches taller so I could put my head back.

So glad I waited and found this chair! Great price and great quality! My hubby was super happy! Has great back support!

Super easy to assemble, not too heavy, very comfortable. The roller wheels are very smooth, no runner needed.

Once I had unpacked the chair, was kinda disappointed. Just my opinion. It looked and felt cheap. Didn’t look or feel like quality. It of course not leather. Plastic parts. But what can you say for the price.

Had it for 6 weeks then leaned back and heard a serious creaking sound, now half of the back leans further than the other and leaning pushes further and is uncomfortable for more than a moment or two.

I bought this chair in July 2020 at SamsClub in Edison, NJ. Assembled it in early september 2020. Nearly 3 months later the stiches in the seat have come out.. bought this for the Serta brand. Is there any warranty on this item?

Purchased this chair in Feb/March of this year. The stitching has come completely undone across the entire seat. Had to use duck tape to keep it from getting worse. No longer have receipt or I would definitely would have returned.

Chair has nice cushions and good back support, but material on it peeled in 1 1/2 years. At this time it is a piece of junk. Bad investment for me, would not buy again.

I bought two as you see attached pictures and they both couldn't make it a year. The bonded leather started to peel off very quickly. Making the chair unusable, not to mention the mess all over the floor.

The arm rest hast sharp pins that over time go thru the material and literal make you bleed. The worst chair in the world. The stitching also didn't last..
