I purchased this chair 08/2021 for my home office. It is super comfortable. However, the past week 06/2022 the chair keeps falling. I did a ton of online research and fount out the gas piston is failing. There are some unconventional ways of fixing but the bottom line the chair is now useless. I am 6'2 and 215 so I am not overweight. There is no excuse for this.

I was not expecting such a comfortable chair for this price- even junky office chairs start at about $50! The chair was pretty easy to assemble, except for the plastic screw covers ( I still can not get them to fit!). Take heed when the instructions say ‘do not tighten screws’, because if you do, you will have a hard time getting the seat back assembled with the arms! (Reading really IS fundamental-lol!) All in all, it is a pretty sturdy chair and worth the money. As far as whether it will last, that remains to be seen- but I am pleased with this purchase!

I will have to say, I was apprehensive on buying this chair. I thought I'd have to pay an arm & a leg for actual comfort. I changed my mind when my friend posted on FB about how amazing this chair is, so I caved and got one too. It's been a few days of 9 working hrs and I am so happy I caved. My back is supported, my hips don't hurt and I'm in love. I'm also 38 wks pregnant, so the extra cusion support is major. I'm upset with myself for not purchasing sooner.

When I sit up straight, I don't even touch the back of this chair. If I sit with my back against the chair my neck and shoulders hurt. I have to raise the seat up so high, I need a foot stool. It is comfortable, just not for sitting at a desk and working for 9 hrs.

I've had this chair for about a year and a half and it's been decent for everyday use for only $100. It's very comfortable and the seat tilt works as it should. I have 2 issues with it so far. The first is the leather on the arm rests started cracking after about 7 months of use, which is kind of annoying and makes it look a lot more used than it actually. The second is the actuator for the hydraulic cylinder does not lock the seat most of the time. I'd say about 2-3 time a day, I have to re-raise the seat because it will just slowly lower over time. With all that being said, I still think I would purchase again because like I stated earlier, it's only a $100 chair and the comfort factor far outweighs the slight quality issues.

No where in the online description or the catalog does it disclose that you must assemble this chair. People have had so much trouble with it that there are stickers telling you NOT TO RETURN BEFORE CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The chair is NOT comfortable.

Would be a great chair, but the wheels leave black marks where ever they touch the floor, and it is not an easy task to get the black marks off my white tile. Feel sorry for my wife who cleans them every other day.. chair doesn't roll while using the computer. Would be a 4.5 star rating if it weren't for the wheels .

I have been eying this chair for over a year now. I bought other ones and they killed my neck and back. all adjustable height levels work great for my different work spaces, one them being a a lifetime 4 foot adjustable heigh folding table, 8 foot banquet table and a normal desk. My neck feels supported when I lean back, my back as well, sufficient cushion on my bottom, no sinking in 170 pound woman and husband is 235. Bottom not hard, but I like that it doesn't smoosh down when I sit and angle doesn't apply pressure to my tail bone. This seems to be the issue with so many chairs after sitting for one hours. Happy I finally decided to pay more for a better quality chair. I would recommend this to anyone. Of course always backed by Same Club satisfaction guarantee.

The chair is comfortable and has a good amount of cushion. The overall feel is solid. The tilt tensioner does not do anything. The manual says turn the knob counter clockwise to increase tension and make it harder to tilt back but it tilts back with hardly any weight at all.

I got this chair in Dec 22 and I was needing a good chair to work from home. I am sitting at my desk for almost 8 hrs and my lower back kills me from sitting. I don't recommend for long periods of sitting. It leans back and adjusts up and down but it's just not working for me. Says weight max is 275 but being over 200 probably isn't ideal for comfort. It was a decent price of $100 when I purchased it.
