Very pleased with this purchase. I spend a lot of time in my home office and needed a comfortable rolling chair that was good for my lower back. Serta came through and the Sam's Club price was the best around.

I bought these for front desk in a dental office. They are high quality, comfortable, and affordable. They are much better than the ones purchased by our designer plus much more affordable

Last Serta chairs purchased from Sam's lasted 6 yrs before cylinders started lowering seats & all of a sudden the leather flaked on seats. Not bad but paid substantially more than these so if they last half as long I will be happy.

I have had the chair for a couple of weeks and am pleased with it. During assembly I had difficulty installing the plastic caps that conceal the screw holes.

I’ve been using this chair for about a month and it is very comfortable which is good because I use it 8 to 10 hours a day. It even looks nice which is an added bonus.

Bought this for my 14 yo son for his gaming computer setup. He loves it. It was very easy to put together. It took me about 30 minutes to install by myself.

Nice chair. My old one was flat, I was sitting on a board. This is amazingly comfortable, perhaps because I had been sitting on a board! Very nice for the price, too.

Easy to assemble although you made need a hammer to pound on the screw covers. Chairs are very comfortable and has a height adjustment for those who are vertically challenged.
