We purchased these chairs in September for our two children to use as they stayed home for school. In November the seams started to split open, cracks appeared in the armrest. Now, only 4 months later in January, it's time for new ones as they have completely fallen apart. We are very satisfied with these chairs.

The comfort that you would expect from Serta is in this chair. However, the peeling leather is not expected. It won't take long before you start noticing small pieces of black "leather" on your floor. Soon after, large pieces will start peeling off. Find a cover for the seat and you'll have a comfortable chair without having to pick up garbage off of your floor everyday.

Side of the chair is made with paper fabric leather or something, it got torn it soon as it touched the table or something else, in just 2 days. Its paper thin fabric from the side, I am returning it to the store. Poor Quality although chair was comfortable.

I bought this chair 3 weeks ago. During the pandemic, I was working 8 hours per day from home (Mon-Fri). The chair's skin started peeling off after 2 weeks of using. I just returned it to the local Sam's Club store. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone using it for 8 hours per day.

I bought this chair for my home office, now that I'm back working 100% remote. Chair worked fine for the first 6 months. Periodically the piston would sink the chair to the floor. Now it happens constantly. I might get 5-10 minutes sitting before the piston sinks to the floor. The phone number for LF Products listed below in a response to a comment below is not a working # per Verizon. Now I guess I'm stuck buying a new chair from a different warehouse club

Sat in this chair at the store and thought it was really comfortable.. I’ve had the chair about a month and it already feels like the padding is worn out. Not comfortable. Would not recommend this chair. Good price but does not appear that it’s gonna last.

I rarely leave reviews, but I am not happy with this purchase at all! I thought it would be a good deal, but the cheap material gets very uncomfortable when you're stuck at your desk too long, somehow it has marks of some sort all over it that have scratched(?) the back, when I do nothing but place a jacket on the back of the chair, but the worst part, and I am by no means at the max weight for this chair if you're wondering, it randomly moves down a little at a time. VERY frustrating! Especially when you're on the phone with a customer and it starts! It's actually made me jump a couple of times when I was working on something and it happened more abruptly!! (Has entertained customers that were in my office as well! I DO have a sense of humor, but this thing is getting ridiculous!) I Absolutely HATE this chair and do not recommend!

Bought three of these chairs, for three sons. None of my sons weigh more than 180. two of the seat cushions are torn, with less than 7 months of use. There is a "one year limited warranty" and i called their 800 number and sent receipts /photos to the email, however my calls and attempts were ignored. Worst review I have had to write in a while DO NOT BUY

This chair is really comfortable. I would have given it a 5 star review on initial purchase. Unfortunately the leather breaks down and stars peeling itself off just after 2 years. I'm tired of taping and patching... its a home office chair that sees only occasional use, so keep in mind you may only get a year out of it for real 40 hour office work...

This chair won't hold up. Within less than a year, it started to break at the seams. A year and half in, and the seat has a large opening (1" wide and 8" long). It also has openings at other seams. My last chair ($110 Staples brand chair) lasted 4.5 years before cracking. I'd buy this chair if it was $20, but I wouldn't pay anymore than that.
