Easy to put together and comfortable. My only issue is the dip in the seat is sometimes a bit obvious when sitting for an extended period. Only concern right now is how the fake leather will hold up long term, but still probably worth it.

I bought 4 of these for our office last year. They got a new person and said "order us the same chair - we love it". So I guess this is our "go-to" office chair. Priced well, arrives very quickly and easy to assemble.

Last Serta chairs purchased from Sam's lasted 6 yrs before cylinders started lowering seats & all of a sudden the leather flaked on seats. Not bad but paid substantially more than these so if they last half as long I will be happy.

This chair was fairly easy to assemble, but after about 2 weeks, the right arm pulled out of the bolt holes. My wife still uses it but it is not comfortable for her now.

We bought this for our father who just had open hart surgery. The adjustability allowed him sit and stand without pulling or pushing. It is so comfortable that he can sit for long periods of time with no discomfort.

It's alright. I got it because my stepson has a similar chair, but his cost about the same and it much more supportive :(. So pay the extra 10 bucks, get get the one with the arms that lift up.

Bought two of these for one of my offices. They were easy to assemble and came with the only tool you needed. The ladies love them, very comfortable! Like ther free delivery.

Since the pandemic began, I have been searching for a comfortable chair. I am glad to say that I am enjoying this chair. It is very comfortable for my 8-12 hour work days.

Bought two of these chairs, both are very comfortable and sturdy. For the price ($99.00) don't know if you'll find one better. I can't speak to durability as we've only had them for a week or so now.

Comfortable chair at a comfortable price! A little tricky to assemble due to short screws but when things are aligned everything fits well. I’m expecting a long life from this handsome piece of furniture.
