Just purchase this chair a week ago and really like it. My only complaint is that my legs cramp if sat in a couple of hours. It's great at first, but after awhile it gets uncomfortable the longer I set in it. Guess I'll be returning this soon. Was pretty easy to assemble though the plastic caps that cover the many screws didn't fit very well and decided not to pound them in with a hammer. I put them in a bag and will return with the chair. Really hoped this chair would be the one!

You can push in the lever to keep the chair tilted forward but it won't stay pushed in. It will randomly pop out and the back of the chair suddenly leans back. Everytime it happens I think for a split second that I am falling. It scares me and I hate it. I would have returned it if I hadn't destroyed the box. The chair is nice and comfortable. However, I can't recommend it because I really prefer to have it locked upright.

This chair is horrible and so is the customer service. The chair is crooked and leans to the left. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement part to fix it. I installed the new part and it’s no better but worse! Contacted the company again to ask for a refund. No response. Very poorly made and defective. Can’t even use it because it’s so uneven and causes back pain. Do not buy this chair!

For the price and brand I expected this chair to be good quality. I bought one and it was making a clicking sound from the moment I sat on and leaned back. Returned it. I bought another one thinking well this one will work. It hasn’t even been one week of use and my bum is in pain and the chair is making a clicking sound when I sit. I’m not even at the weight limit of the chair. This chair is made with really low quality material. Within a week the chair lost it’s firm cushiness. Not worth it. Now the struggle to take it apart and return it again

Buyer beware, worst chair ever! I bought this chair from Sams Club for my husband. I wish I had done more research before buying. It started out a very good chair however after a month you could feel the springs through the seat. The overall comfort of the chair is horrible. The arm on the left side came through the chair and it tilts to that side. I thought that the brand Serta would be more comfortable and would last but it didn't. Save your money and headache.

We bought this at the start of quarantine in March 2020 for our college aged son who was suddenly attending college out of his bedroom. He is only 130 pounds and yet by June the seat seam has split into a foot long opening exposing the white filler material. He said the chair was comfortable but it certainly can't handle even a lightweight sitting in it for extended periods.

It is a well made chair. The seat is hard, if you sit all day. To look at the seat you wouldn't think so, but it slopes downward. I will be keeping it and buying a seat cushion, because it was affordable and will be cheaper than buying the next price range chair.

Really good chair, comfortable for using it 8+ hours.

The chair is comfortable but leans far to the left side and does not sit level.
