This chair is horrible and so is the customer service. The chair is crooked and leans to the left. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement part to fix it. I installed the new part and it’s no better but worse! Contacted the company again to ask for a refund. No response. Very poorly made and defective. Can’t even use it because it’s so uneven and causes back pain. Do not buy this chair!

I purchased this chair in April 2021 for my office and the seams are coming apart, the left side of chair rest as small tiny holes and lets just say I'm highly disappointed and will be returning it. I'm only 150lbs and the chair shouldn't be falling apart like this.

Just purchased this week for Sams. The hydraulic cylinder will not hold the chair up after 1 day of use. Clearly says on the box it's rated for 250 lbs. I am 6'1" and 200 lb On Friday 8/21/20 at 3pm EST I called the number on the box 800-379-9773 (trueinovations ??) and get a VM saying "due to circumstances our phones are off today). Sent email, Non response. Furthermore, the handles on this thing look like they were painted in someone's garage with a can of spray paint. Horrible paint job. Im sure demand during covid has been crazy and manufactures have been doing everything possible to keep up but this is just an office chair......... Doesn't take a lot of quality control to catch these shortcomings. Now have to disassemble and take back for a refund Will buy something else.

Just purchase this chair a week ago and really like it. My only complaint is that my legs cramp if sat in a couple of hours. It's great at first, but after awhile it gets uncomfortable the longer I set in it. Guess I'll be returning this soon. Was pretty easy to assemble though the plastic caps that cover the many screws didn't fit very well and decided not to pound them in with a hammer. I put them in a bag and will return with the chair. Really hoped this chair would be the one!

So we were given one of these chairs that is over 5 years old and minus kitty claws it has held up well. The chairs are NOT made the same anymore!!!! I bought one for myself (2022) when I started working remotely and also one for my son who has scoliosis (2022) bc he does school at home. Both chairs had seams ripping apart in the first 6 months!!! I hate that these chairs are made so cheaply that they couldn't last even a year at this price!!!

Less than 6 weeks after purchase I was returning this chair - all of the seat padding on one side 'disappeared'! I bought a different Serta and the wheels are messed up. After researching...Serta doesn't make these chairs. BBB has 99 not so old complaints on the company that does!

Buyer beware, worst chair ever! I bought this chair from Sams Club for my husband. I wish I had done more research before buying. It started out a very good chair however after a month you could feel the springs through the seat. The overall comfort of the chair is horrible. The arm on the left side came through the chair and it tilts to that side. I thought that the brand Serta would be more comfortable and would last but it didn't. Save your money and headache.

This chair has been in a home office and not used on a daily basis. Suddenly the covering which I thought was leather is peeling off. Looks like its shedding. This chair was purchased at Sams Club and is certainly not the quality I'm used to when I purchase from Sams.

It's going to the curb, just like Serta stock prices. I was excited when I purchased this chair back in October. The excitement did not last as I slid out of it, getting my forearms pinched with the imitation leather. The only executive that would dear sit in this chair is taking it out to the curb. I brought back my other office chair, which lasted ten years. My disappointment is only matched by the need to inform others of a genuinely horrible purchase

The chair looks good and is made well. We purchased it mid 2019 and must have a misfit as far as the actual seat section because it is over stuffed towards the back and always makes you feel like you are being pushed out. It would be perfect if the extra padding did not make you feel like your fighting the chair to stay seated. It is still excellent condition but we are already looking to replace it.
