Bought this on the merit of the Serta name...I'm 6'2 210 lbs. and this chair is super comfortable, was easy to assemble and exceeded my high expectations!

The desk chair is elegant. However, the large pillow cushion of the seat sits high in the front, under the thighs adding pressure when sitting. I've had to add a flat pillow to level out when seated.

Very pleased for the money and no issues with missing hardware, instructions for assembly were fine. I have been using for about two weeks. I'm a large 250 lb man and I fit in this chair fine, reasonable comfortable after a couple of hours.

Chair was so easy to put together and is very comfortable. So far so good. I only hope that the adjustable lever doesn’t give out ( the part that makes the chair sit high or low). That seems to be an issue with a lot of office chairs

Arms lack good support padding, it's just a little foam which will wear quickly. Seat not very comfortable. I don't anticipate this chair lasting more than 2 years. I'm 5'9" and 165 lbs.

Nice chair. My old one was flat, I was sitting on a board. This is amazingly comfortable, perhaps because I had been sitting on a board! Very nice for the price, too.

Easy to assemble although you made need a hammer to pound on the screw covers. Chairs are very comfortable and has a height adjustment for those who are vertically challenged.

This is a very professional and comfortable chair. The chair comes in 3 different colors. We purchased 2 of them for our classrooms (teachers). Multiple colleagues have complimented us on our gray chairs. Highly recommend purchasing one!

I bought 2 if these last year for my husband and son. Bought a cheaper version for me. Wasnt happy with the cheaper version so this year I bought the real deal for myself.
