Didn't realize how little padding my other office chair had until I tried this chair, made a big diffidence in my posture. Would have been great if they were already put together, but luckily I had someone who once he did one, the other 2 were assembled much quicker. Sturdy and comfortable

The first one I got had uneven paddings. The return was easy at the local store. This second chair is comfortable as a PC chair. I tool one star off the rating because the finish on the frame is rough on some spots. But I still think it is a very good buy because of the high value/price ratio.

Chair shipped and took a week until delivered. Put the chair together and it was leaning on one side. A crooked chair!!! Fixed it by adding washers to even out. It’s even and comfortable but we’ll see how long the pleather will last. Saw some reviews that the pleather rips after a few months. Keeping my fingers crossed.

This chair has been in a home office and not used on a daily basis. Suddenly the covering which I thought was leather is peeling off. Looks like its shedding. This chair was purchased at Sams Club and is certainly not the quality I'm used to when I purchase from Sams.

WORST PURCHASE EVER. Recommend you do NOT buy. Purchase less than a year ago. Chair would lean back. Six months after purchase, the seat ripped on the seam. Repeated calls and emails for service either went unanswered or were wrong numbers. Neither the manufacturer nor Sam's Club would help. Will have to pay for another chair. First one purchased was returned to the store because the drilled and tapped holes would NOT line up.

I purchased this chair in April 2021 for my office and the seams are coming apart, the left side of chair rest as small tiny holes and lets just say I'm highly disappointed and will be returning it. I'm only 150lbs and the chair shouldn't be falling apart like this.

I bought this chair a month ago. I really thought it was going to be a great chair. It seemed super comfortable in the store. After about a week and a half I started to notice that the seat of the chair was leaning to the right. My husband tried to fix it multiple times and it would be ok for a little while then would start leaning again. After work everyday my hips and legs were so sore I had to take pain meds to help. The chair is now sitting in the garage collecting dust. I would like to return it for a full refund but Sam's won't take it back.

It's going to the curb, just like Serta stock prices. I was excited when I purchased this chair back in October. The excitement did not last as I slid out of it, getting my forearms pinched with the imitation leather. The only executive that would dear sit in this chair is taking it out to the curb. I brought back my other office chair, which lasted ten years. My disappointment is only matched by the need to inform others of a genuinely horrible purchase

It is a well made chair. The seat is hard, if you sit all day. To look at the seat you wouldn't think so, but it slopes downward. I will be keeping it and buying a seat cushion, because it was affordable and will be cheaper than buying the next price range chair.

We bought this at the start of quarantine in March 2020 for our college aged son who was suddenly attending college out of his bedroom. He is only 130 pounds and yet by June the seat seam has split into a foot long opening exposing the white filler material. He said the chair was comfortable but it certainly can't handle even a lightweight sitting in it for extended periods.
