First chair was missing parts, I ordered another chair while I waited for pickup of the first one. I'm still waiting for my money back on the one I returned. I love the chair though. I was told that the credit would show as soon as the chair was picked up, I guess I should have taken it to the store instead of having it picked up. I only used the pickup because I told I would get my credit sooner.
