I bought this chair two days ago and I am glad I did. It is very comfortable and was easy to put together. I tried out all of the chairs that they had is this is way more comfortable than the high dollar chairs.

Bought this item on Feb 16 2021 The left arm rest a hole was not drilled to the right size. Had to use my drill press to complete the job. The black plugs to cover the screw openings on the arm rests are junk

Bought this chair three years ago. It looks good. But is not very comfortable. It does not provide sufficient support. The cushion is thin and the springs are hard. It hurts my butt. I will have to throw the chair away.

I bought 2 of these chairs. Neither of them sit evenly. The seat is crooked and noticeable. Also, after about 3 months of use the cushioning will wear down to a hard seat. The back leans too far back and will not support you. As far as the material goes, it seems to wear and tear easily. I wouldn't recommend wasting money on this item.

Material is very cheaply made. The seat ripped within the first three months of purchasing. Chair springs started poking out of the seat cushion within the first year of purchasing this item. I do not recommend this chair. Very disappointed with the quality of this item.

I've had this chair for a few months now. When I tried it in the store it was perfect. Brand new chair put together at home was far from perfect. Stiff back rest and virtually unable to relax by leaning back. Understandable for a brand new chair but even after loosening and months still need lots of power to lean back. Other important flaws, stabbing in the arm rest right on my elbow too which hurts a crap ton not to mention the metal that keeps stabbing me is still there... Also a tear on the seat stitched line. Unfortunately, disappointing chair

Bought this chair 2 years ago and after a year the hydraulic gave out. Chair will not stay up sinks to lowest level. I did call customer service for a replacement part supposed to have a 10 year warranty. They will not honor warranty because I can not find receipt. They don’t stand behind their product.

Within a year, it broken up the leather surface, terrible quality.

I just purchased this chair last week for my home. Very comfortable !!

This chair was purchased a little over a year ago and the cylinder is already not working properly.
