Leather cracked, cracked, cracked

I am very unhappy with the quality of the leather on this chair. The arms are cracked into a thousand pieces. I certainly expected better, not only with the brand name, Serta, but that I paid well over $100 for this chair

Great Quality but hard on your butt!

I purchased this chair to work from home. The construction is excellent but has a hard, uncomfortable seat. My butt protests the hard chair halfway through the day; I need to switch chairs.

Very comfortable

We bought 2 of these and except that my husband would like a higher back, we are very pleased with this purchase. We haven't had time to check out all the features but we are happy with the ones we have.

Great Chair

Purchase this same chair when my son started undergraduate school, he has now finished his doctorate and has moved away taking the chair, still looks great. Getting ready to retire and will get one for my home office in the future.

Does NOT Last

At first the chair was okay, with an awkwardly place cushion. Then because of the excess cushion under the thighs the seams of that cushion burst. I do not recommend it. Serta, do better!

I Serta won't buy this again

Not recommending this chair to anyone, the inner frame is weak and cracks, shame as it looks great and good exterior material. Now I have to deal with the return to the store for a refund/replacement.

Height changes on it's own

Bought this chair from Sams less than a year ago and it will not stay at the highest chair level. It constantly lowers itself while I am sitting in it........If I could find my receipt, I would return it.

Both cheap and cheap!

Had this chair (#47951) for about one year and the leather (?) is comming apart everywhere. Seems more like ''leatherette". Have yet to find replacement arms for this unit and the seat is right behind it. And I don't misuse it.

one in store sat great, this one awful

I just put this together today, and I hate it. Think it must be defective. Liked the one in the store a lot, this is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. All I can think of, is that it is a lemon.

seat ripped.

We had our chair since December, it’s October now and the chair cushion is ripped. Quality is ok at the beginning. My 10 yo is the obit one who use it and seat is now ripped.
