This chair is well built and has quality bonded leather. I have a bonded leather chair and needed a second chair. I found this chair on sams at 40% lower price and it is far better. I would definitely recommend this chair.

I’m disappointed after putting the chair together that it won’t recline back. Can’t find where I have done anything wrong. Doesn’t matter what I do with the tension under the chair; it won’t recline. Probably will return.

The worst product. Almost all joints started ripping in less than 1 year. Now it is around 2 years old, ripped from everywhere including the hand rests. Sam's club should stop selling bad quality products.

I have had this chair for almost 6 years. I have had no issues with it at all. Just recently the right arm rest has started to crack, but it has had A LOT of use! I was glad to see it's still being sold, as I am buying 2 more today.

I just put this together today, and I hate it. Think it must be defective. Liked the one in the store a lot, this is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. All I can think of, is that it is a lemon.

It was comfortable when I bought it, but after 6 months the central shock no longer holds full pressure and the chair is developing a noticeable lean to the right because of the design of the locking mechanism on the tilt.

We bought 2 of these and except that my husband would like a higher back, we are very pleased with this purchase. We haven't had time to check out all the features but we are happy with the ones we have.

This chair was not made for years of use. I've had it almost 3 years. After a year the arm rests and seat had cracks in the fake leather material. A few months ago it began to sink every time someone sits in it.

I bought this chair for a home office setup, and I love it. Low price, quick pickup, and easy assembly. The chair has great cushioning. Excited to see how this chair holds up in the long run. Would highly recommend this chair

It's been 10months now. The tilt function broke. If I lean back, it jerks, and I feel like someone is trying to tip my chair back over. My back hurts from sitting all day in this chair.
