I bought one for my husband first . He says it is the most comfortable chair he has had in the office ergonomically. Therefore, I bought one for myself! However, our 10 pound dog sits behind me! :) Would not change anything!

Picked this up for my husband and it was so comfortable I had to get another one for myself. Highly recommend this chair, especially for the price that can't be beat!!

I am very unhappy with the quality of the leather on this chair. The arms are cracked into a thousand pieces. I certainly expected better, not only with the brand name, Serta, but that I paid well over $100 for this chair

On day 3 of using it I leaned forward in the chair and rested more weight on my elbows. There’s some sharp element inside the arm rests. It cut my in two places to the point of drawing blood.

I bought this chair two days ago and I am glad I did. It is very comfortable and was easy to put together. I tried out all of the chairs that they had is this is way more comfortable than the high dollar chairs.

It's been 10months now. The tilt function broke. If I lean back, it jerks, and I feel like someone is trying to tip my chair back over. My back hurts from sitting all day in this chair.

We had our chair since December, it’s October now and the chair cushion is ripped. Quality is ok at the beginning. My 10 yo is the obit one who use it and seat is now ripped.

It was comfortable when I bought it, but after 6 months the central shock no longer holds full pressure and the chair is developing a noticeable lean to the right because of the design of the locking mechanism on the tilt.

I’m disappointed after putting the chair together that it won’t recline back. Can’t find where I have done anything wrong. Doesn’t matter what I do with the tension under the chair; it won’t recline. Probably will return.

I purchased this chair roughly a month ago. It is the worst chair I have every purchased. It is jerky in its movements back and forth and causes constant lower back pain. I lost the receipt so I am stuck with this awful chair.
