First chair was defective so I had to exchange it. Second chair was ok. Chair is pretty comfortable and decent quality. After 3 months the chair is really squeaky.

I just put this together today, and I hate it. Think it must be defective. Liked the one in the store a lot, this is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. All I can think of, is that it is a lemon.

Bought this item on Feb 16 2021 The left arm rest a hole was not drilled to the right size. Had to use my drill press to complete the job. The black plugs to cover the screw openings on the arm rests are junk

This is the worse chair I have ever sat in. The is to far back and you can't sit up straight. This chair cuts off the circulation in my legs. I hurt for hours after sitting in this chair for more then 10 minutes.

I purchased 2 of these chairs a month ago, they looked identical to one i bought 2 years ago, my older chair was much bigger. I was shocked at the small size these were, check dimensions before you buy, price good, size small

I purchased this chair roughly a month ago. It is the worst chair I have every purchased. It is jerky in its movements back and forth and causes constant lower back pain. I lost the receipt so I am stuck with this awful chair.

Barely a year and stitch ripped on seat. Poor quality. Less then 140 pound son used this and stitch gave out. Can only image how short lived if it really had the max weight on it.

I have had this chair for almost 6 years. I have had no issues with it at all. Just recently the right arm rest has started to crack, but it has had A LOT of use! I was glad to see it's still being sold, as I am buying 2 more today.

The chair is very sturdy and great but faux leather top layers sheds off giving ugly appearance. I have to discard it. I never buy or recommend to anyone.

I can sit in this chair for long periods without any back pain. I can't say the same for my old chair this replaced. This is an Excellent Choice at a great Sam's Club Price.
