When I sit down and begin my day the chair is really comfortable to sit in. As the day wears on my neck begins to hurt. The angle it pushes my legs at causes this issue. I am 6'4" so I am replacing this chair with a higher back chair. I also purchased one for my wife and she too is replacing her chair with a high back chair as she isn't comfortable in this one.

I’m short (5’2” on a good day) and this chair is great for my height. I have pretty bad posture from sitting everywhere but on a proper office chair for over 2 years and this is a life saver. The neck support isn’t too high where it usually just pushes my head forward. And the cushioning is superb. The wheels even work on carpeting.

I have had this about 2 years or just over I weigh only 100 lbs and the seat has been slowly tearing at the seams I know I didn't do it and I am not using it daily either! I will not buy anything made by Innovations again I love how the chair is not too wide and it fits my small frame. The other problem is the height moves it does not stay where I put it and never has but it is getting worse. My old office chair lasted so long I guess we should get used to quality not being like we older people are used to having, nothing has or is made good now!

I bought the chair on the Sam’s app and picked it up in the store, got home to start putting together and the 5 casters were missing, not sure what the protocol is but I am currently on hold with the manufacturer True Innovations to try to get them to ship me the missing parts immediately, otherwise I’m probably going to return the chair back to Sam’s. It’s obvious it’s not Sam’s fault they received an item from their vendor with missing parts.

This chair is what I was looking for, comfortable, nice looking and around $100. I never realized how expensive office chairs are so I think this one is a good deal. However; it ripped fully down the middle of the seat after only two months. I bought a leather patch to try and fix it and I am getting a cover for the seat also. I work from home and I have used it for typical 40 hour work weeks so it should have held up for longer than 2 months. Nearly all seams are sewn and then have stitching on either side of the seam which is very nice but the one seam that doesn’t is the one you sit on and yep, that’s the one that ripped open.

This is the most comfortable chair. I have had three back surgeries so I really searched for a comfortable chair. I am going to school online so I spend a lot of time on the computer. The chair I had previously was really hurting my back. I have had this chair for over a year now. it has made such a difference. I can spend an entire day on the computer without any pain. It is so comfortable.It is also very durable as I have two teen boys who think its for rolling around and spinning in! I highly recommend it!

This chair is a good deal for the money. It is not perfect (the arms, in particular, arrived with some minor irregular places), but it is sturdy. I am a small woman but managed to get it upstairs on my own (but it would have been better to have carried it up piece by piece and the pieces are small enough to have done that). I assembled it in about 30 minutes and it would have been half that with someone to hold pieces in place while the screws went in. The directions were clear. The chair is comfortable and will serve my purposes.

I really like the styling and comfort of the chair, but the seat cushion ripped all of a sudden…and it pinched us now and looks unsightly. Does the company replace torn bottom cushions? If I have to pay to replace or repair it will be unfortunate (which is why I put 2 stars). I haven’t had it very long, and expected to get more life out of it. Thoughts??

The chair is comfortable enough, but creaks and pops so much you can't move without this happening (I'm only 170lbs also). If you sit in this thing for several hours a day for work as I do, it starts to drive you nuts. I'm getting rid of it, and chalking it up to a poor purchase and will look for a more reliable chair elsewhere.

Bought this chair because it looked comfortable. With in ONE MONTH the bottom cushion stitching is out. I filed a warranty and got the response from True Innovations (csr457@trueinnovations.com) stating that the cushion is out of stock and on a 8-10week backorder. WELL its been 23weeks now and still nothing. I replied to the original email and NOTHING. Hopefully Sams Club will return this poor quality chair. SAVE YOUR TIME, DONT BUY.
