This is the most comfortable chair. I have had three back surgeries so I really searched for a comfortable chair. I am going to school online so I spend a lot of time on the computer. The chair I had previously was really hurting my back. I have had this chair for over a year now. it has made such a difference. I can spend an entire day on the computer without any pain. It is so comfortable.It is also very durable as I have two teen boys who think its for rolling around and spinning in! I highly recommend it!

There were no directions included, but we were able to find the instruction manual online. Took about 20 minutes to assemble. This chair is a little larger than I planned on purchasing, but it was on sale and I'm glad I purchased it. It is very comfortable!

I bought this chair for my home office and it's less than 2 years old. The faux leather on the arms has been peeling for months. Now I've realized part of the seat cushion has collapsed and causing me to lean to the left while sitting, which leading to back pain. Disappointed in the chair's durability. Would not buy again.

The fake leather cover on this chair is a hazard because it creates its smell. I've owned it for one week and it still stinks so badly that I get a headache and am nauseous if I sit in it for more than an hour. I've placed it outside for an entire day to air out, sprayed Lysol in the room where it is kept and still the smell is awful and permeates the air. I will be returning this chair today and Sam's Club should pull all of the chairs from its stores if it cares about the health of its customers.

The first issue I noticed with this chair was that it caused my lower legs and feet to swell when I sat in it too long. No other chair does this. Then, I started having horrible upper back pain that was eventually diagnosed as cervical radiculopathy. It got so bag that I couldn’t sit in the chair at all for almost a year. I finally had surgery and my pain is 100% gone. I decided it had nothing to do with the chair and moved my work back to the desk. After the second day sitting in the chair, the pain was back on the other side. Im done. I’m getting a new chair.

I needed a chair asap as mine broke. It scratches easily as it delivery scratched in the arms, keep that in mind. I bought the grey.. it looks grey/black - very sharp! Super comfortable, nice to have a lower back supporter! Overall 10 out of 10 ratings minus the scratches

I work from home and spent a lot of hours working at my kitchen table, sitting in a typical kitchen chair. When I bought this chair, I thought it looked very nice and felt pretty comfy. But I have found that the seat *really* hurts my tailbone. I have to adjust my position constantly because it hurts so much that it is difficult to stand up. I do not have this problem with any other seat I use, so it must have something to do with the shape of the seat. If you don't have a sensitive tailbone (ha!) you may do better than I have with this chair. I'm sure it's great for some, but just OK for me. I will be buying a new chair.

I am 6', 200lb average build man. I feel comfortable sitting on a normal size chair. This chair is good if you're a robot who sits at a perfect 90 degree angle. Chair feels extremely stiff. Space you have to sit feels like I'm sitting on the edge of the chair. Comfort is similar to siting on wooden swing. Chair was easy 20 minute installation. Chair feels sturdy but if you plan on relaxing, leaning back and enjoy a movie take a pass on this Flintstone rock of a Chair. Ergonomics is not what they had in mind when they designed this Chair. Kids are already calling this grandpa Chair, smh...

I've had it about 2 weeks now and it's terrific! Comfortable, moves easily(even on my carpeted office floor) and it can be wiped down(which I really wanted). $99 is a good price for a chair with a high back. I put it together easily and barely needed the instructions. Highly recommend!

I've had this chair for almost 2 years. Initially, I liked it very much but I soon discovered the shortcomings it has for big guys like me (300 lbs.). First, the padding in the seat is not enough for me. Second, after almost 2 years, the screws in the arms that hold the back in place began to pull loose. I tried to snug them up with a nut driver (10mm), but they are stripped and I'm now afraid to use the chair. The back might pull loose and cause me to fall and get hurt. If you are a smaller person, this chair might work ok for you, but if you are like me, be smarter than I was and choose a chair that can support your weight.
