This chair is cheap and it shows. when its in the locked position, it rocks back and forth a little bit. also when in the locked position sometimes the lock gives out and you fall back. i would not buy this chair again. i would not recommend this chair.

I bought this for my husband and he loves the chair, but unfortunately the left armrest has been lifting, and he can’t get it back into place. Of course, we are just a few weeks out of warranty. Why do things always break days after the warranty expires?????

I bought this chair about 10 months ago. I work from home so use it 8 hour for work 5 days a week. I weigh less then 120 pounds. The pleather is peeling and the seam is separating. Not high quality at all if looking for an everyday work chair. If looking for a decoration that is used occasionally maybe this would work who knows but if you need something on the daily do not waste your money!

Bought this chair for my office. Worked great for a few months but then one of the main support bolts broke off in the chair. Now I can’t get the bolt out and the chair is awful. Review said up to 250lbs. Im right at 235 and this broke on me in about 6 months. Will not be buying again.

I purchased this one but decided to return it. The back of the chair was not high enough for me. It has a very soft seat, and felt like very durable bonded leather. I would put a cover on it however as every bonded leather chair I have owned has eventually pealed. Easy to put together.

I bought this chair for my home office and it's less than 2 years old. The faux leather on the arms has been peeling for months. Now I've realized part of the seat cushion has collapsed and causing me to lean to the left while sitting, which leading to back pain. Disappointed in the chair's durability. Would not buy again.

I am 6', 200lb average build man. I feel comfortable sitting on a normal size chair. This chair is good if you're a robot who sits at a perfect 90 degree angle. Chair feels extremely stiff. Space you have to sit feels like I'm sitting on the edge of the chair. Comfort is similar to siting on wooden swing. Chair was easy 20 minute installation. Chair feels sturdy but if you plan on relaxing, leaning back and enjoy a movie take a pass on this Flintstone rock of a Chair. Ergonomics is not what they had in mind when they designed this Chair. Kids are already calling this grandpa Chair, smh...

I bought this item in Octobo 2020. The seat couch was broken along the middle line after 6 months. I requested to replace it since it has one year warranty. But I haven't obtained it until now. The customer service is very slow. I didn't recommend it.

I have had this about 2 years or just over I weigh only 100 lbs and the seat has been slowly tearing at the seams I know I didn't do it and I am not using it daily either! I will not buy anything made by Innovations again I love how the chair is not too wide and it fits my small frame. The other problem is the height moves it does not stay where I put it and never has but it is getting worse. My old office chair lasted so long I guess we should get used to quality not being like we older people are used to having, nothing has or is made good now!

This chair is what I was looking for, comfortable, nice looking and around $100. I never realized how expensive office chairs are so I think this one is a good deal. However; it ripped fully down the middle of the seat after only two months. I bought a leather patch to try and fix it and I am getting a cover for the seat also. I work from home and I have used it for typical 40 hour work weeks so it should have held up for longer than 2 months. Nearly all seams are sewn and then have stitching on either side of the seam which is very nice but the one seam that doesn’t is the one you sit on and yep, that’s the one that ripped open.
