This is the most comfortable chair. I have had three back surgeries so I really searched for a comfortable chair. I am going to school online so I spend a lot of time on the computer. The chair I had previously was really hurting my back. I have had this chair for over a year now. it has made such a difference. I can spend an entire day on the computer without any pain. It is so comfortable.It is also very durable as I have two teen boys who think its for rolling around and spinning in! I highly recommend it!

I've had it about 2 weeks now and it's terrific! Comfortable, moves easily(even on my carpeted office floor) and it can be wiped down(which I really wanted). $99 is a good price for a chair with a high back. I put it together easily and barely needed the instructions. Highly recommend!

When assembling, discovered only 4 wheels had been included instead of 5, fortunately the wheels from my other chair were the same size and I hadn't thrown it away yet. Unable to lock in tilt position, not sure if it's possible. it's comfy. I'll give it that. Can't recommend it due to the fact that others might not have a spare wheel and the chair is unusable without all of them.

When I sit down and begin my day the chair is really comfortable to sit in. As the day wears on my neck begins to hurt. The angle it pushes my legs at causes this issue. I am 6'4" so I am replacing this chair with a higher back chair. I also purchased one for my wife and she too is replacing her chair with a high back chair as she isn't comfortable in this one.

The fake leather cover on this chair is a hazard because it creates its smell. I've owned it for one week and it still stinks so badly that I get a headache and am nauseous if I sit in it for more than an hour. I've placed it outside for an entire day to air out, sprayed Lysol in the room where it is kept and still the smell is awful and permeates the air. I will be returning this chair today and Sam's Club should pull all of the chairs from its stores if it cares about the health of its customers.

This chair is excellent. It is very comfortable. It was easy to assemble. Looks awesome. Price is great. Ignore all the negative reviews and try for yourself. I almost did not purshase and I am glad that I did. I rarely complete reviews, however felt the need to, as I am very satisfied with this product a+++++

I do not feel this chair would help someone with back pain that much. It does offer some lumbar support. This is a very sturdy chair, was very easy to put together, is far more comfortable than the one I had and cost a lot less. Based on the bang for your buck I have to give it 5 stars. I do have back problems and had seen another Serta chair I liked much better but due to the fact it is on back order and you are only left with people charging a lot more for that specific chair, this chair is temporary until they are back in stock. I have no regrets on this purchase.

Ive had this for a year and have tried to love it but dont. The cushion seat itstoo much of a hump to the point where you cant sit in the middle without ending up to the left or right of it. The lock in bar gives a lot of play where you dont feel very stable. Im 5'8" at 135 lbs and by no means petite, maybe if I were larger I would enjoy the chair more. I can put both arms inside the armrest when I type and have plenty of room. Maybe youll like it, but as for me Im back in the market looking for a new chair.

I bought this chair several months ago and I am disappointed. The seat feels like it is tilted forward and I slide toward the front of the chair until I am in a slouched position. I think this is due to the padding near the back-rest not compressing as much as the padding in the center of the seat. I will be looking for another chair. On a positive note, the chair was easy to assemble and seems to be made with good quality materials.

I bought this chair at Sams Club. Got it home and took everything out of the box. Everything was there except the instructions. I have put these together before so it was ok. Got to the last pieces (the arms). Was wondering why some of the bolts would not go in. Turned out some of the holes for the bolts were not countersunk enough. I looked in the holes and they were rough and clearly not finished. I was not going to pack everything back up and take it back to Sams Club. I took the bolts to hardware store to get longer ones. What was supposed to take about 15 min. Took an hour , gas, and paid for more longer bolts.
