I've gotten this chair before but left it behind when we moved states. Ordered a new one, just in brown (other one was black and we loved it) this one came and the leather was dirty, the holes are drilled wrong, theres a gap between the two seats when put together. Overall it is still comfortable but it looks cheap and I was disappointed because I have the exact same chair at my other house that looks so different in comparison so beware.

Just like another reviewer, I was pleased with the initial purchase. The chair looked nice and felt comfortable. Around 10-11 months, the comfort was breaking down (I’m 145 lb, so not pushing it’s limits) I then started noticing the vinyl cracking everywhere- seat, arms, back, But it has been 14 months, so 2 months past the limited warranty & past the return window.

I have a hard time finding chairs/couches/seats that are comfortable to me. I love this chair. It's comfortable on my back, butt and legs, and low enough for my feet to be on the ground without the backs of my legs pushing so hard on the chair. It wasnt too hard to put together either.

I have had this about 2 years or just over I weigh only 100 lbs and the seat has been slowly tearing at the seams I know I didn't do it and I am not using it daily either! I will not buy anything made by Innovations again I love how the chair is not too wide and it fits my small frame. The other problem is the height moves it does not stay where I put it and never has but it is getting worse. My old office chair lasted so long I guess we should get used to quality not being like we older people are used to having, nothing has or is made good now!

I bought this chair almost exactly a year ago and it's already broken, the back is held up by the arms on the side and if one of them goes the entire chair is useless. Very disappointed with the build quality of this product, please save your money and buy something of higher quality

The chair is comfortable enough, but creaks and pops so much you can't move without this happening (I'm only 170lbs also). If you sit in this thing for several hours a day for work as I do, it starts to drive you nuts. I'm getting rid of it, and chalking it up to a poor purchase and will look for a more reliable chair elsewhere.

I do not feel this chair would help someone with back pain that much. It does offer some lumbar support. This is a very sturdy chair, was very easy to put together, is far more comfortable than the one I had and cost a lot less. Based on the bang for your buck I have to give it 5 stars. I do have back problems and had seen another Serta chair I liked much better but due to the fact it is on back order and you are only left with people charging a lot more for that specific chair, this chair is temporary until they are back in stock. I have no regrets on this purchase.

Needed a good office chair, so ordered one. Arrived yesterday. Very easy assembly, all required things in the box with instructions. Feels comfortable. Can adjust height. Leaning back is a problem as is not flexible going behind. Else all looks fine. Early days.

When I first got it I thought it was awesome. However, very quickly the "leather" started peeling off and now, barely 6 months later, the seat came apart at the seams completely. This is after use by an 8 year old who weighs maybe 60 lbs. Very disappointed. Now I am trying to find the manufacturer number and hoping they will do something about this.

This chair feels great when you first sit in it but it is not good for all day computer work due to poor ergonomics. The bonded leather is probably fine for the back of the chair but it cracked and peeled off all along the seat after 2 years which basically ruined it. Never get bonded leather for high stress areas.
