The arm rest are low and they do not adjust. The cushions are soft but it's not an ergonomic chair at all if you are working from home I am 5'9 and 210 for reference

The chair is comfortable, I am 6'3" and weight 225 pounds. It has held up fine but it leaves leather all over my floor after about a year's worth of use.

So far all good with this chair, it's nicely padded and much more comfortable than my old chair. It's nothing fancy, but it is fully functional, comfortable and budget friendly.

bought this chair last November 2019 and right after the one year mark chair was ripped at the seams. Was lightly used until March when school was shut now that its being used daily its not holding up at all.

After using 4/5 months - the side stitches started opening and the skins are peeled . Not sure how to claim warranty . Sams said that i need to contact Serta.

the bonded leather is plastic, it has comfort issues especially if you have a bad back, waste of $$$ buy a better chair you will be happier in the long end!

The chair seems to be of good quality. Assembly was easy. After having the chair for a couple of months, the hydraulic lift doesn't keep the chair at the desired height.

The chair is easy to setup and comfortable enough but inexplicably after 8 months of daily use the back is bent at a 30 degree angle. The bolts are snug, but, poor quality the chair cannot be straightened.

Just after a year, the seat cushion is tearing at the seams. It's not good quality. Customer service suggested I buy a new cushion + shipping which is almost half of the chair. Will look elsewhere. It's not built to last too long.

Bought this for my son's​ birthday. He weighs 90lbs. It lasted 6 months. The seat, arms, and all the seams are fine. The base of the seat is broken and pops when he shifts his weight.
