I was not expecting such a comfortable chair for this price- even junky office chairs start at about $50! The chair was pretty easy to assemble, except for the plastic screw covers ( I still can not get them to fit!). Take heed when the instructions say ‘do not tighten screws’, because if you do, you will have a hard time getting the seat back assembled with the arms! (Reading really IS fundamental-lol!) All in all, it is a pretty sturdy chair and worth the money. As far as whether it will last, that remains to be seen- but I am pleased with this purchase!

I purchased two of these chairs. One of them I had to exchange as it had holes in it out of the box. The replacement also has small holes in various places but not like the first. The other chair is raised and cracking on one arm rest and the seam on the seat is seperated. This chair is used by someone who weight 102 pounds no way should it have this much damage in less than 8 months. Very disappointed in the quality and tge fact that I wasted the money on them.

Disappointed in quality over time. It was nice and felt study for first couple months, then began to show signs of wear. I am well under the rated weight for the product, but the air/pneumatic height adjustment did not hold my height over time. Also, within a year the back and sides have become loose and unstable, despite making sure all hardware is secure. I noticed the arms of the chair came loose from the set internally, so I cannot access to fix without cutting through the faux leather.

After only about a year the chair is totally falling apart. I contacted serta and they say there's only a year warranty on the chair. I'm looking for the receipt and hoping it's under a year. They want you to buy replacement parts at 25 plus shipping which is hardly worth it.Very disappointed on serta.

I've had this chair for almost 6 months and I regret the day I purchased it due to the extremely poor build and material quality. 3 weeks after I purchased it, the seams in the arm pulled apart. A month later, the material on the back begin to separate at the seams and shortly thereafter, the seams in the seat separated. I'm 165 pounds and the chair is rated for 250 pounds. Serta replaced the arms, but the rest of the chair has come apart - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this chair. I saw the Serta brand and economical price and purchased it. It's not worth $25 in my opinion. The system is not allowing me to upload pictures since I rated it very low. I will try for a higher rating to see if I can upload a video.

I bought this chair and after a couple of months what looked like cracks started appearing on the armrest. I looked closer and the staples under the armrest that secures the fabric are too long and when you bear down in the least on the armrest, the staples pierce the fabric from the bottom side. I went through the typical warranty hoopla and called the warranty number on the paperwork provided with the chair. The recording I got said my wait time was over 50 minutes! That's not happening..... I then sent an email through their website and after a week I had not heard back so I sent yet another! Crickets!!! Now I will just return the chair to Sam's Club and purchase a different chair. What could've been fixed with a simple replacement of the armrest pad will now result in the total loss to the company. While the chair is fine, I wouldn't trust them to ever stand behind a worse defect. I would avoid this brand at all costs!

Overall this chair is pretty good. The price is great and it is incredibly comfortable. The arm rests are not adjustable and I would prefer they are but it is not a deal breaker. I have had the chair for a little over a year and one of the seams on the armrest and a major seam on the seat are coming undone. It is a little unfortunate as now I will have to find yet again another chair.

I've had this chair for about a year and a half and it's been decent for everyday use for only $100. It's very comfortable and the seat tilt works as it should. I have 2 issues with it so far. The first is the leather on the arm rests started cracking after about 7 months of use, which is kind of annoying and makes it look a lot more used than it actually. The second is the actuator for the hydraulic cylinder does not lock the seat most of the time. I'd say about 2-3 time a day, I have to re-raise the seat because it will just slowly lower over time. With all that being said, I still think I would purchase again because like I stated earlier, it's only a $100 chair and the comfort factor far outweighs the slight quality issues.

While this chair is very comfortable for longer periods of sitting while working from home, when first assembled the seat was crooked to a point one hip was lower than the other...we had to exchange it for another which is annoying, but at least we have a comfortable chair now that isn’t slanted...

I bought this chair 15 months ago, it's been a great chair the padding seat cushion are all in great shape. The only problem i had is the lift cylinder does not hold my weight anymore. I weigh 225 pounds and it worked great for the first year. then noticed slowly leaks down after several hours then following month 1 hour and now 5 minutes. overall its a great chair for someone who weighs 180 or less. My son uses it with no problems, his weight 180 lbs.
