I was very happy to get this chair because of the price and comfort compared to others in this range. I use it every day for work and gaming. It is still comfortable but the piston falls and I have to scoot it back up throughout the day. Also, the seams on the leather are starting to bust at the armrest and the seat cushion. I DO NOT recommend this chair. I would suggest saving your money and putting it towards a different one.

This chair is absolute junk! Bought in January 2022 and this is what it looks like now! The left arm rest had staples coming out of it within 30 days of buying it. The back seam has come apart on the chair. There is a wire now hanging out of the chair. All of the plastic pieces are coming off. This chair is not durable at all and is completely broken down. It's a shame Serta doesn't warranty this and Sam's won't do anything other than say...oh well buy another. What a joke.

Chair fits fine and is comfy enough but missing some key features for a $100+ chair. First, it can be locked fully vertical or can rock back- there's no way to fix it at an angle like many chairs. Also, the caps that cover the screw holes are terrible: they are not silver like the arms but black, slightly misshapen, and most are too small- they fall out easily, and since the arms are curved, even when you get one to stay half the cover sticks out (ugly). Only reason I'm not returning it is that it's reasonably comfy and I can give it to one of my kids and go back to my old chair. Not getting another.

Would be a great chair, but the wheels leave black marks where ever they touch the floor, and it is not an easy task to get the black marks off my white tile. Feel sorry for my wife who cleans them every other day.. chair doesn't roll while using the computer. Would be a 4.5 star rating if it weren't for the wheels .

Very glad I went with this chair over the mainstream gaming chairs that it seems all the Twitch Streamers and Youtubers use. It's very simple but I love that. The padding on the bottom seems very generous and has a kind of lip you can definitively see in the product photo that kind of lifts your legs up. I like that. Overall the back cushion gets me. My back used to hurt after a short time in my old chair but not with this one and I think it's because there's so much MORE cushioning there. Very easy to put together and didn't take too long at all. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Cushion is of good quality, leather is of high quality. chair is steady when assembled correctly, Cons: the support is fixed and cannot be adjusted. Meanwhile, the angle of it is leaned way too far from 90 degrees. It is therefore, uncomfortable to sit in straight for office tasks such as typing. I find myself Hutchins when typing. It is however comfortable for relaxing. The gas lift cylinder gives out very early. It starts to leak grease after 3months. I'm only 140lbs, 5'11. The arms are not adjustable and might be too high for shorter persons. Simply put, it is not suitable for office use but good for home use, where you just want to relax.

I've had this chair for about a year and a half and it's been decent for everyday use for only $100. It's very comfortable and the seat tilt works as it should. I have 2 issues with it so far. The first is the leather on the arm rests started cracking after about 7 months of use, which is kind of annoying and makes it look a lot more used than it actually. The second is the actuator for the hydraulic cylinder does not lock the seat most of the time. I'd say about 2-3 time a day, I have to re-raise the seat because it will just slowly lower over time. With all that being said, I still think I would purchase again because like I stated earlier, it's only a $100 chair and the comfort factor far outweighs the slight quality issues.

I've had this chair for almost 6 months and I regret the day I purchased it due to the extremely poor build and material quality. 3 weeks after I purchased it, the seams in the arm pulled apart. A month later, the material on the back begin to separate at the seams and shortly thereafter, the seams in the seat separated. I'm 165 pounds and the chair is rated for 250 pounds. Serta replaced the arms, but the rest of the chair has come apart - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this chair. I saw the Serta brand and economical price and purchased it. It's not worth $25 in my opinion. The system is not allowing me to upload pictures since I rated it very low. I will try for a higher rating to see if I can upload a video.

complete garbage. like so many products nowadays, it's made to barely outlast its warranty. as others have mentioned, the "leather" cracks and peels within a few months. the stitching has completely come apart in the seat and the insides are coming out.

Was a great chair. After a year, the chair no longer sits straight, and the locking mechanism keeps coming unlocked causing me to fall backward. The chair is now awful, and I must find a new chair. I am 6ft 2 and weigh 225lbs. I use my chair daily. I would not waste my money on this product.
