Easy to assemble

While this chair is very comfortable for longer periods of sitting while working from home, when first assembled the seat was crooked to a point one hip was lower than the other...we had to exchange it for another which is annoying, but at least we have a comfortable chair now that isn’t slanted...

I purchased this chair 08/2021 for my home office. It is super comfortable. However, the past week 06/2022 the chair keeps falling. I did a ton of online research and fount out the gas piston is failing. There are some unconventional ways of fixing but the bottom line the chair is now useless. I am 6'2 and 215 so I am not overweight. There is no excuse for this.

I loved the look of the chairs and it is reasonably priced. I got two chairs. One had minor discoloration stain on the seat which I can live with, but the other chair's leather is tearing up on the seat and handles. I hope to get the replacement on this chair, it's been only few months. I hope manufacturer is seeing the reviews and doing what is needed.

I will have to say, I was apprehensive on buying this chair. I thought I'd have to pay an arm & a leg for actual comfort. I changed my mind when my friend posted on FB about how amazing this chair is, so I caved and got one too. It's been a few days of 9 working hrs and I am so happy I caved. My back is supported, my hips don't hurt and I'm in love. I'm also 38 wks pregnant, so the extra cusion support is major. I'm upset with myself for not purchasing sooner.

I got this chair back in August 2020 and it is used daily because I’m on zoom for grad school and then all the study time that comes with it. I love the comfort and it’s a decently average/large sized chair. Unfortunately this chair isn’t made from quality material and the seams are already coming apart on the cushion. It’s definitely not a good long term investment, will unfortunately have to replace by the end of the year and for this price point that just doesn’t make a whole lot of sense for me.

After only about a year the chair is totally falling apart. I contacted serta and they say there's only a year warranty on the chair. I'm looking for the receipt and hoping it's under a year. They want you to buy replacement parts at 25 plus shipping which is hardly worth it.Very disappointed on serta.

I got this chair in Dec 22 and I was needing a good chair to work from home. I am sitting at my desk for almost 8 hrs and my lower back kills me from sitting. I don't recommend for long periods of sitting. It leans back and adjusts up and down but it's just not working for me. Says weight max is 275 but being over 200 probably isn't ideal for comfort. It was a decent price of $100 when I purchased it.
