Such great flavor! Im sad i havent been able to find these in the store the past several times ive been.

Not sure if the bad reviews are fake, or if I just happened to get a perfect package, but these were excellent! Very tender and ZERO fat. I definitely plan on buying again when they become available.

I would call these something else like "sweet limey pork". It does not taste like carnitas, not in this world anyone who knows original carnitas could call them that. Change the name to this pork meal and stop presenting a product as something it is not. Even the product "pulled pork" tastes closer to carnitas.

The meat was tender and flavorful. I chose the option of heating bag in boiling water to prepare because I use the microwave as a last resort only. Definitely worth trying. I will add this to my taco night menu.

Easy though not EXACTLY authentic. Quick sautee a little diced jalapeno, yellow onion, garlic (sprinkle oregano, cumin, chilli powder, black pepper). Add to pork IN A PAN. Hand shred b4 hot. Helps big time. I make homeade...so I'll b a tuff critic but my guess idms if u need a QUICK addition to a tacco night this is it. ITS IN TWO packages-HUGE PLUS

These are convenient for quick carnitas, but really need a little extra effort to be desirable. The instructions say to heat in-bag with water, do that... but we then add a little texture and flavor by shredding and frying the meat a bit in a skillet (avocado oil works well). This then makes them perfect for putting in a burrito.
