Grizzly fatty had to trim cut into sm pieces to be able to chew.

These make some killer tacos with a bit of cilantro and onion. Buy them while you can.

I'm confused by some of the poor reviews on here because this was not our experience. Very little fat and very flavorful. After I warmed it up per the directions I shred the meat and put on a sheet under the broiler to crisp up just a bit (as I have often had carnitas served). The whole family loved them! I'm going back to buy more to keep on hand for nights we need a quick meal.
